Not as helpful as they seem really rude quick to hang up

These guys have all five star reviews for a reason, I needed some advice as to whether or not my friend had a case or not, David talks to me and explain to me why he did not think the case would be worth taking although it is a good case, not very marketable. 10 minutes of time on the phone saved me a lot of time.
