My backstory on my situation:
I suffered a broken hip and knee on July 6, 2019. 6 days after my 21st birthday. Zacher Law Firm handled my auto accident case in a highly professional manner. They were highly competent and provided honest and excellent counsel. Above all, they listened, and gave me straightforward answers to my many questions. After 10 months Suzie Zachar Irwin and Christine Maddux accomplished nothing regarding getting my dog attack case to a final resolution.

All they managed to do was get the medical Bill's and medical records together and then Suzie just wanted to send a quickly thrown together demand to the insurance company.

This thrown together demand did not include pertinent information and even had incorrect information as far as injuries. She did not include loss of wages, pain and suffering and so on. I had to fight to get that added.

She tried to low ball the demand amount to an amount that was way less than my loss of wages and medical Bill's in an attempt to get a quick settlement offer which would have given me maybe $2,000 and my lost wages were $6,000 and medical Bill's were $6,000 as well and it took 7 months for me to fully recover from my injuries.

She finally added the lost wages to the demand and then wanted me to unnecessarily go she a neurologist she recommended and pay for it with cash myself in an attempt to unnecessarily increase the amount of the medical Bill's and drag out any settlement closer to the statue of limitations date.

She finally sent the poorly drafted demand letter to the insurance company and it was denied (which is what insurance companies do) and when I inquired about how poorly written the demand letter was I was told "most likely they wont read it anyway".

She then adjusted the demand letter and sent it back to them and again it was denied so it looked like we were headed to court and I was told I was told they were waiting until just before the statute of limitations runs out before they would go to court.

I advised them that I wanted to go to court since the insurance company is being stupid and the statue of limitations was coming up.

Everytime I turned around I was having to do research for them, find case law and correct false and inaccurate information for them when they already had the correct information which I sent them months earlier.

At that point i realized they did not have my best interest in mind and definitely did not have any reasonable settlement in mind at all. She appeared to be intimidated by the claims adjuster and the adjuster appeared to be making decisions for her. She equally appeared to be scared to go into a court room.

I then began looking at other law firms because she was intentionally getting nowhere. Shortly after i contacted another law firm to get another opinion i got an email from Mayra a paralegal signed by Suzie Irwin stating the do not wish to proceed further with the case.

Only 2 months away from the Statute of limitations expiring she backed out when she couldn't get a quick low ball settlement and was looking at going into the court room.

I can not recommend Zachar Law Firm nor their affiliated firms at all. She definitely hurt my case more than she helped it and abandoned her so called client.

This is by far the best experience I have had with a lawyers group. They literally pulled off nothing short of a miraculous event in my case, persevering through literally all bumps in the road you can experience and still made me very well off in the end while taking care of ALL of my financial responsibilities. Will be a forever customer. Any legal matters I have, if any, I will come back and recommened anyone in need of smart, deligent, professional, good people, this is the law firm for you! Where do I start? I was in a car accident January 31, 2018. I was the passenger in a car accident involving my mother who was the driver and another vehicle. A day or so after the car accident, I ended up getting in touch with an attorney with whom I was familiar. He had helped my family several times as the attorney in car accidents. So when I had my car accident it was a no-brainer that I would go with him. Fast forward 10 months I get a phone call, actually I called them and they miraculously answered the phone which was something that they did not regularly do nor did they regularly return phone calls. Anyway, so I got in contact with them to ask about the progress of my case to which I was told that after 10 months of knowing the participants in the car accident and whatnot, they were unable to represent me because it would have been a conflict of interest seeing that my mother was a previous client of theirs years ago, almost 20. Not only that, they then referred me to a different attorney who I assumed agreed to take on my case after being told the specifics of my case by my first attorney. I call that attorney's office, I get a return phone call telling me that the new attorney who my original attorney had referred me to, was not interested in taking my case. So at this point I don't have much confidence or trust that I am going to find an attorney willing to take my case.
