Unbelievable!!! My daughter met with an attorney on Thursday January 13, 2020 and was told that because her response was due she would need to pay extra. She paid $5,500 and because she heard from no one 5 days later (today) she called them! NO ONE EVEN LOOKED AT HER CASE!!! I want to report this office to the State Bar of Arizona. I’ve been a paralegal for over 30 years and have NEVER treated a paying client so poorly!! Malpractice to the worst degree!!
Edit: I’ve changed my rating from one star to four. When an actual attorney called my daughter back on Wednesday she was very knowledgeable about the law and the response that was drafted was very well written and demonstrated their knowledge of the law. I would have given five stars but because the managing partner said their paralegals would be working all weekend to get the paperwork ready but five days after the meeting the paralegal had only then started to work on it. The paralegal was very professional and polite.

Immediately after I was arrested I called USCCA. They referred me to Howard. Without hesitation, he called me on a Sunday! Then we met on Monday to go over my case. UPDATE:
I received a call this morning from a Detective on my case. The detective was calling to inform me that there would be no court on the 13th because ALL FELONY CHARGES WERE DISMISSED!! (And I could go pick up my gun from the police department)

Mr. Snader and his excellent assistant took the time to explain things in detail and were very thorough. After some discussion I had greater understanding of the circumstance. Due to their assistance I was able to receive the help I needed. Thankfully I was able to win in court and stay safe.

I was mailed a letter from the Law Office of Howard A. Snader which opened with the line "According to local public records you have been arrested and are facing prosecution." A cursory search of the Arizona public records shows nothing of the sort.

This firm apparently believes providing potential clients with a brief heart attack to establish business is reasonable. You might enjoy that thrill, but I do not.

This is obviously not a reflection of their legal abilities. They may be quite capable and helpful, but I don't know, and am unlikely to inquire.

Amazing place they got me out of going to jail for a year an made it so I could keep my drivers licences.

I got a letter in the mail from the firm a day or two after being charged. I went in for a free consultation. I chatted with an associate attorney and a paralegal (who seemed to know as much as the attorney) for a little over an hour. They wanted an $8500 retainer for negotiating a favourable plea deal (the case was never going to court). Their offices were in a seedy office park located in a nondescript part of town.

We have referred several people to Howard and have always been pleased with the results. He is an excellent attorney and will get you the best possible outcome.
