My experience with Goldberg & Osborne has been very positive once my case has been given to paralegal Allicia Aiuto and attorney Doug Settle. My experience was overall good, my portion of the case took far longer than it should have, but that was not Goldberg's fault. In the end I did not get what I should have but my passenger received full value relatively quickly. I would definitely recommend them as well as use them again myself.

Veronica and the entire team at this Alma School Goldberg and Osborne location have been wonderful. My particular situation was pretty involved, as I was in a car accident in September of 2015. Things are just now wrapping up fully in 2019 with everything, as they really took their time with my case and spent the time seeing things through until the end including my treatment, healing from broken bones, additional follow up surgery, and re-healing. I did receive partial payout during the process over the years but it was well worth the wait and time overall! I imagine a lot of firms would have became inpatient by now and rushed things along. I was given the freedom and time to recognize that the metal plate and screws placed in my wrist the first surgery, needed to be removed a year later due to them causing access nerve pain in my arm. Their team also spent the time to answer all of my questions in detail throughout the whole process! I would definitely return in the future or recommend this firm to anyone who is in need of a lawyer! Thank you guys for doing such a great job!

Took my case and they dont get paid till i get paid

Its has been two years since I was involved in a car accident went straight to Goldberg and Osborne a week later and today 9/11/2019 they have sent a total of 3 emails telling me that it will take time, then asking for pictures and the same details over and over even after all documents had been provided multiple times. Any additional contact was imitated by me on several other occasions being told that they are still waiting on the details from the hospital (2 years later...?) I have been passed off from Doug Settles who they present at your first meeting who talks a really good game. I am frustrated with my experience and their lack of contact regarind my entire case. They have had 2 phone call interactions with me in the past 2 years, of which one being yesterday 9.10.19 which they were asking for the same information that an email asked for 4 months prior.. I work for a e-commerce business and I understand that situations take time to work out but with the lack of communication I really don't care what is happening at this point, and combined with the fact that they take 30% makes me feel like my case is not important to them because it may not as big as others. The BBB is next.

Goldberg & Osborne gets the job done! The staff is competent, trustworthy and helpful.

Guess I am not as happy as it seems many of the other reviewers are. I felt many assumptions(promises) were made and basically the end result was me spending several months in physical therapy every time having a copay let alone the massive amount of time it required. Then after all fees were paid I pretty much ended up with the amount the at fault drivers insurance originally offered. You will NEVER get a phone call letting you know how things are going unless YOU make the call, and when you do EVER speak with someone it is always an assistant. I am to blame for not doing any real research on choosing legal help because I easily would have found out that this company is in it to do as little as possible and settle for whatever the other insurance company offers.

My experience with Goldberg and Osborne have been a very pleasant experience for start to present. This is my first time being represented by legal counsel of this magnitude and any concerns or fears I had were put to rest. My Attorney Doug Seitel and his assistant Alicia Aiuto have kept me well informed in regards to my case. Anytime I have called with questions Alicia has always provided me with up to date information and spoke to me like a human being and not just a client. After my wife's car accident, it was very hard on us financially. Douglas Settel was our lawyer with the case, and he was awesome! It was a long case due to many bills and slow responses by insurance companies. When it came time to decide on settling or taking the case to court, Doug was straightforward and factual. He didn't try to pressure us to settle and would have taken it to court if we went down that road. All in all I am extremely happy with Douglas Settel and Goldberg and Osborne. I would recommend him to anyone and if I ever needed a lawyer again for a car accident, I would go back to Doug.

This firm sucks the front desk lady is always lost. And my lawyer was Veronica Erran. She sucks. She is super slow. And she is makes you get all the paper work unless you ask her to do it. I cant speak of the other lawyers. But Veronica Erran seems like she is super lazy and wanting to get paid with out working. Unless you know what to have your lawyers do for dont hire gold berg and osberern. The dont think about going the extra mile. And they are not work the time. And dont deserve your money.

He personally made a trip to the hospital I was staying at when I was still injured, took very good care of me and my family dealing with all the issues and leaving us very little effort on our behalf to actually place forth allowing amplt time to recover.
