in my case there where to many Paralegals could keep up with them but

I was hit by a driver while walking to my car in our apartment parking lot. I was in the hospital and rehab for 4 months. I've basically had to learn to walk again. After almost 2 years I still use a walker and am unable to do many of the things I use to do and love. Teresa Fajardo took over my case last year and worked very hard taking care of every detail. I can't say enough about how wonderful Teresa was to work with. She was very thorough and kept me posted every step of the way. Even though the driver was uninsured and from out of state Teresa was able to get me quite a large settlement. More than I expected. I am only able to give her 5 stars but she really deserves 6 or 7.

Seriously, the phone interview was basically, don't answer any questions until asked & substantial details were not permitted. My interviewer was reading a script, for sure..I could tell. Meanwhile, my case was "denied". When asked to speak to an attorney, trying to explain, was told...don't talk to me about that..ok I understand, but I truly am sorry I wasted my time! Bad!

I had Marc Kamin for a lawyer. He was amazing. I felt like I had no hope to win my case but he made it possible did everything in his power and knowledge and won it. While the entire time him or his staff kept me informed with what was going on. Every time I had questions they spent the time to answer them. If the staff didn't know they would ask and get back to me. Staffs great and understanding. I would hope to never need them again but if I did I would not hesitate to use them.

Nothing good to say here. Was never allowed to even meet with an actual attorney. Entire case was handled by a paralegal. And poorly.
