Let me start by saying that I personally hate doing reviews of any kind and I have never once done one in my life but these guys definitely earned it. I admit I made a really stupid decision and I should have been in jail most likely prison for a while. However Howard literally saved my freedom and all of my assets. I only had to go to court one time on something I should’ve been in court for over 10 times If I had done it with a regular attorney or a state appointed attorney. My other friends who have gotten attorneys many times warned me to not get an attorney when having multiple DUIs or charges from the past. They kept telling me it wouldn’t make a difference and I just be wasting my money but I assure you that calling Howard was the smartest decision that I made when it came to this situation. These guys are worth every penny hands down. I could write an entire essay about why they deserve a five-star rating. I started out with an "affordable" attorney who gave me some ill advice and allowed things to progress further than they ever should have. Thankfully, Marc was recommended to me and I never looked back.

Marc is a fellow former Marine who still fights like one in the courtroom. In an oral argument, Marc pulverized the prosecutor who looked completely incompetent in comparison. This lead to the grand jury's indictment being dropped and after a second jury indicted again (the grand jury process almost always indicts) Marc filed to remand this decision but the prosecution threw in the towel. They offered a plea deal that led to all charges being dropped so I swallowed my pride and accepted. If it hadn't been for the expertise of Marc and his staff I would have surely been forced to risk going to trial despite my case being an unjust farce.

From the paperwork to the courtroom these guys don't miss a beat. Marc's motions and responses were usually more than twice as long and detailed than the prosecution's. Marc even corrected the Judge and stopped her from entering an incorrect judgment on a plea that does not occur very often. I'm extremely thankful to Marc, Andrew, and all of his staff. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to win.

I suddenly found myself in a real bind, in a panic after receiving a DUI after dinner and a couple drinks! To make matters worse it was out of town! Not knowing what to do, where to start, I quickly realized I was not going to be able to do this alone! Someone I know recommended Howard and his team. Marc Victor is quite simply the best criminal and civil rights attorney money can buy. He has given gun laws/rights speeches to countless organizations, including a few I belong to. I had what looked to be a very difficult criminal speeding charge on my motorcycle and Howard and the team at Attorney's For Freedom absolutely took care of me. Let me start off by saying, the attorneys for freedom law firm will be with you every step of the way. Me living in New Jersey, I was extremely scared of how the process would work while im thousands of miles away. That was all put to rest when I was referred to Howard Dworman. Howard and his team at the law firm made me feel like i was minutes away and put all my worries rest. My first experience with Attorney's For Freedom was around 6 years ago at a Crossroads of the West gun show held at the State Fairgrounds. Marc Victor was giving an extremely interesting lecture on consequences of drawing your firearm, along with different responsibilities that you should be aware of if you decide to carry a concealed firearm. I was fortunate, to have came in early enough to hear Marc tell the audience a little bit about his past accolades along with his education. What caught my attention was the fact that Marc served in the Marine Corps. I come from a military family where I had a few close cousins growing up who I very much looked up to for serving in the Marine Corps, I immediately had an utter profound respect for Marc. For this reason I was captivated by everything he had to say, if you don't know anything about him I would advise you to do your research. He was approachable and took all the questions the audience had for him. You could tell he uses his military smarts and experience to conduct his business. They really made it easy on me, I was taking 12 credits worth of classes at GCC last semester and never once had to miss class due to court dates! Howard Dworman has been my representative and he has been absolutely amazing. I'm genuinely overwhelmed with gratitude for Howard. There were some things in my initial intake process that were genuinely mishandle and Howard was able to clear those problems up. There were potential problems that I wasn't even aware of in my case until Howard mentioned them to me. On top of that nobody would've heard me and my side of the story if not for his loud voice. In just a few months of work he's been able to completely turn my case around. I was originally looking at a few months jail time and he has gotten that down to minimal jail time with few penalties to follow. Howard has kept me updated every step of the way and I always have an overwhelming sense of comfort when I'm being informed of my case. I would recommend The Attorney's For Freedom to anyone, and seriously don't hesitate to call them about your case if you have questions about it. If I could I definitely would've hired them to handle some of my previous cases, having good representation definitely would've made a difference. I've had the pleasure of working with Attorneys For Freedom Law Firm for close to a year now. From the moment I walked through their door I felt truly cared about. Had it not been for Marc Victor and his team I would have felt hopeless and I would have much more sleepless nights.
Howard Dworman has been the attorney I've worked closely with, and I can not thank him enough. He makes himself available at all times, I remember he gave me a call while he was at the airport returning home from his vacation to answer a concern I had, for him to go out of his way on his own time like that was more meaningful than I can express. Howard has been very transparent and honest with me, and has shown care in me as a person and what I can expect. He has connected me with people to assist me even in practices in which Attorneys For Freedom doesn't practice. He didn't have to do, but he cared enough to go out of his way to help me.
The entire staff has been amazing to work with, one thing that might be overlooked by most is that I never felt any negative judgement, I truly felt that I could be open and honest which is vitally important with an attorney client relationship. I've received emails regularly from the assisting paralegals informing me about the work they've done and the responses to their work. Never once did I feel in the dark about my case. I've also learned a lots just watching the videos that Marc posts regularly on the law firms Facebook page.
I live at least an hour away from the law firm, and I may have not known about Marc's firm or considered making that drive had it not been for a family member of mine who was an acquaintance of Marc from outside of legal avenues. I feel very lucky that Howard was willing to provide me his legal expertise and be my point of contact as all the attorneys work together! Andy handled my case and got me a slap on the wrist for a multiple felony case. He had a lot of confidence towards my case that gave my family and I a lot of reassurance when we were all positive it wasn’t going to end well. Very sharp and well represented. Exceptional legal services. Not your typical lawyers or law firm. They like to win. It was my experience that they jealously represent their clients. The prosecutor knew Marc Victor by reputation-- which says a lot! Marc himself has a stellar reputation; and a history of not shying away from difficult cases, or those being closely followed by the media. Expensive, however, they are willing to work with most regarding cost, ie payment plans, etc. The practice continues to grow... my personal experience with Marc's staff has been a positive one. Marc and his associates have been interviewed many times by news outlets... search YouTube for old interviews and the like. I've put my future in their hands for a second time, and if this experience is indicative of the first I'll be very pleased.

I was improperly charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, ( it was defensive display which was appropriate under the circumstances), which could have cost me 5 years in prison. Marc, Andy and Howard did a wonderful job getting the case resolved. Felony dismissed, no jail. This could have ruined my life. They were always there to answer questions and calm my nerves.Not cheap,but worth it!
