I was not impressed or pleased with the services Bruce provided to my mom and myself during our visit today. We went to get legal advice about issues with our home. The conversation merged from explaining our situation, to Bruce Jensen telling my mom to learn english and to educate herself with finances, and he emphasized the english part about 3 or 4 times during our visit. Yes, we understand that we are in the US, but Yuma County is also a county that has many hispanics, and a ton of people who only speak spanish. One of the reasons why I went with my mom, was to translate and to figure out what we had to do with the issues with our property; our visit was not to be told to learn english. Overall, I disagree with all of his years of experience and him never seeing a case like my family’s case, but again it may have been true. I also disagree with his attitude toward his hispanic clients and would not recommend him to the hispanic community of Yuma.
