I can't speak for every case, but for my own this was an amazing option. They were in contact with me everyday and every step of the process. They also didn't need me to do much including going to court. They handled 90% of the process. They also accept payments plans which is great. They also aren't expensive in comparison to some of the big name ticket clinics and .coms. My class was completely dismissed and I am sure they would have done everything they could to make sure that was the outcome either way.
