I have known Mr. Faber for close to 4 years now and STRONGLY recommend him. When my daughter was 1 her mother moved from Northern California to Palm Desert. She filed Divorce and requested sole custody. Brad represented me from 500 miles away and not only did we win joint 50/50 custody, but he gave me great advise for the future for future custody battles. This August of 2018, we went back to court to decide where our daughter will begin school. Brads great advise ultimately awarded me to be the primary custodial parent. Upon first contact with Brad it became apparent that he is very personable and knowledgeable. He then represented me in a daunting child custody hearing and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Brad was efficient, dedicated, reasonably priced and invested at all times. He was straightforward about our situation. Very very expensive Attorney... He charges triple what other attorneys charges. Really had a very bad experience with him, so I had to substitute him .... refunded to refund my money , I files a fraud claim with California state bar that forced him to refund the money... filed a sash of misconduct, where I found 9 other complaints against him . He has a very bad reputation, in addition to his lack of knowledge of all updates with laws.... don’t ever hire unless you want to lose money effort and your case.

I contacted Brad with questions on custody issues and the chances of a father getting custody of his children in this day and time. 10 years ago a father didn't stand a chance, Brad explained to me that times had changed and "Fathers Rights" were now looked at more seriously than before. I explained my situation and issues and he mapped out a plan and a strong strategy on why I should be able to change the custody order and move my boys to Texas to live with me.
