The day I fell of a palm tree on the job, I was hospitalized and my father immediately went seeking for an attorney. Juan Armenta is wonderful I can't say enough good things about him, if you have a problem with your employer anything to do with working there this is the man to see. If you got hurt you're not giving you breaks messing with your timecard this is the man. This WACK UNORGANIZED UNPROFESSIONAL office rescheduled my consultation appointment to EXACTLY one week later at the same time and day only to tell me to my face that my appointment was actually yesterday! It's was so INCONSIDERATE not to mention IMMORAL for the receptionist to be UNAPOLOGETIC and NOT give me a courtesy call before hand like ALL the other law firms usually do or a "what happen call" the day of or after which would of been today!! Therefore, saving me a trip out there FOR NOTHING!!! I lost two hours of wages and 37 miles of gas roundtrip because of it! Haha...although they perhaps lost at least 15% of a 40,000 settlement out it!! I will NEVER go back and NEVER recommend this lawfirn team to ANYBODY!!!

Mr Armenta tells it like it is, and if he says something will happen, count on it. After hiring one liar that promised the moon and ignored me, only telling me to stop worrying and sit tight until the pay came through while I sat around not working and not getting needed treatment, I fired that idiot and I hired Juan after an EXTENSIVE search and interview process where he clearly showed he was not in it just for the money, but actually cared about workers and was outraged by the brokenness of the system meant to help them but often only victimizing them further..,

Gloria, his excellent paralegal, will be your main point of contact for much of the case after I take, and she is terrific. You will not have much contact with Juan until the fight is on ( as it always is in workers comp, a broken, corrupt system) and THAT is when you will realize what a smart decision you made in getting someone so competent.

He helped me do what I wanted for years, which was return to work- and when my medical outcome forced retirement, he made sure I was protected and was ready to fight if it became necessary- which it did not because my employer was scared to go against him- he will drag liars right out in the open and they knew it.
