I had a terrible experience with a different SSDI lawyer - they told me they filed an appeal for me and NEVER did. By the time I found out it was too late to file a real appeal.
Upon finding this out I decided to find another lawyer to start the process right away as I am pretty sick and know absolutely nothing about SSDI. I was treated rather poorly by this firm. After rudely asking many questions - I don't mind answering questions it was the condescending manner in which it was done. I was told that I didn't have enough work credits to even file for SSDI and that I was not disabled enough to be approved and was quickly dismissed.
I decided to study as much as I could and file on my own. I am VERY glad that I did. Not only did I have more than enough work credits I was approved in 5 months. Guess SSDI found me disabled enough as they approved me from the time of my original filing that the first lawyer botched.
Maybe I should give this firm 5 stars as they saved me having to pay them a dime, my conscious cannot allow me to do so. So thanks Gilbert & Bourke you saved me thousands by refusing to take me!

What a wonderful experience. Both Micheal Gilbert and his paralegal were a great help getting me my social security. I have recommended him to others that are in need of a good Attourney.
Anyone going through the applying/approval process for disability need to seriously consider utilizing Adam's services to have the best/quickest opportunity of positive results. Adam guided me at all the critical points of the lengthy and complex process necessary to be approved. I would highly regard Adam as the best asset to have with you at this very important point.
