I had a lawyer here from another office. The staff most of the time were ok but I know nothing except the front desk person. My lawyer helped me a lot with a claim. I'm very low income and thought I wouldnt even be able to get a lawyer so to be able to just have one I was grateful. She replied to pretty much all my emails and put a ton of writing into my brief. She knew a lot and also was able to ask questions I would not have been able to do so. I dont know if I won yet but I am grateful to have been able to have someone help since my income is low.
I cant speak for other people's experiences here but my lawyer did put a ton of work into my case. Due to outside issues I'm still worried but at least I was able to have someone help and have a lawyer. Two things that helped greatly was after you taken poor ce they respond to it. My first appeal I did not get that at all. Also they cross examine the vr person and that helped too. I am grateful and know I would have had trouble to get someone.

Update: I am still giving 5x because even though my appeal was denied it was not the lawyers fault. I had a lazy judge.

This like any other organization that used state funds is a waste of time. they claim to help people but they don't, i have called many times and never have they helped me i have left message after message and nothing no one calls back, why isn't anyone regulating these organizations? they take all that money in and spend it on what? big salaries for the supervisors and who else? all these places do is refereed people out somewhere else and it only discourages people.

I'm telling you don't bother its a waste of time.
