Not enough training and the manger trainer would do too many tasks to train and needed more time to train. Was overwhelmed to ask questions because the trainer would be impatient, u would have to call 65 custodians for records and so many promises and If u don’t make calls and got to fix an issues they’d would wonder why. I wouldn’t recommend this job .

Incompetent staff. Too many hands in the pot. Delayed follow up. Would NOT recommend.

Called several times, hoping to purchase documents that this firm had already obtained in litigation. Left messages. No one ever even bothered to call me back.

The employees are the best!

Went for an interview. The staff was pleasant and the office was modern and clean. My only issue was the lack of follow up after the interview. Most places at least email you even if the go with another candidate. Fortunately for me I had a job so it was no big deal however I felt it lacked professional courtesy. Made me glad they didn't call me back if that is how they deal with people.
