Don’t even bother calling them. They will waste your time and be extremely rude only to not answer any questions and refer you to a different number only to talk to the same receptionist. Maria Ochoa didn’t answer any of my questions and didn’t even ask any questions as far as my case goes. Terrible service. Seriously guys, soooooo bad!

If I could give this agency a ZERO I wold. WHAT a waste of time. I had a simple question. After being quizzed an put on hold twice, I was then transferred to another holding time. I waited almost 30 minutes. Then a receding came on and announced another 18 minutes.

So I called another agency, got the answer in five minutes and it was done. ALSO, they want you to drive to Riverside. WHAT A TOTAL WASTE of time.

First off these people are paid by the county to give you advice. They are NOT your lawyer, which means they are not held accountable for the mistakes they make. Our situation is a lengthy story and my main point here is don't use this service. If you have the time to think, call the bar association lawyer referral service. Refer to their web site for cases for which they charge a $40 fee and cases they don't. ICLS either don't know what they're doing or don't care if they are thorough and get you all your options. After all, they're not your lawyer and aren't held responsible for what that do. And in our case, their negligence cost us dearly and will be haunting us for many years.

I work for a thrift store that helps homeless people. There's an employee of Inland Counties Legal Services who came into our store and demanded a discount just about every week. She claimed that she worked with attorneys and can create trouble if she doesn't get what she wants. We didn't know her name or where she worked until just the other day when a customer recognized her and told us her name is Christi and she works as a secretary at Inland County Legal Services. We called and spoke with a woman who we were told was a supervisor but this rude monster got wind of what we did and came back and says we now need to give her items for free. She's also asking for my friend and co-worker to be fired. If Inland County Legal Services won't do anything than they should be closed down.
