Before I start, I want to saw Adam Zolonz+Team are an incredible team. Outstanding! and by far a blessing that I cannot even explain how much they helped me.

It all started when I bought my 2015 Subaru Forester from a third party called Gulliver. It was a great car with only 20,000 miles on it. After about a month of having this car everything was downhill...the AC compressor was bad, and these lights kept turning on randomly. The lights would turn on and my accelerator wouldn't work.. my car would slow down and it would take about 30 min before I can start my car again.... 10 visits to the dealership for the same issue.

After Toyota purchased back my Tacoma, I decided to buy a brand new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. It drove fine for about 2-3 months, and then a persistent rattling noise developed inside the dash by the steering wheel when the vehicle accelerated. Three dealerships failed to fix the issue, so I turned to Adam, again.. What are the odds of getting two lemons, especially back to back?!

I am so thankful for the assistance of the fantastic attorney, Adam Zolonz and his helpful paralegal, Jessica Retana; the two of them have helped me immensely over the last ~4 months with the process of successfully lemoning my vehicle and allowing me to have my 2017 Hyundai Elantra Sport DCT and repurchased by Hyundai Motor America.

Since I purchased the car brand new in February 2017, I have had various issues over the last 2.5 years with the car, most notably with the 7-speed dual clutch transmission that Hyundai uses in the vehicle. I have brought the vehicle numerous times to the dealership over the time of my ownership for transmission issues such as slipping, shuddering and flaring, and was constantly told by the dealership that the vehicle did not have any issues at all whatsoever or that I was "driving the vehicle incorrectly". In December 2018, my vehicle had stalled in the middle of a left turn and I brought it in again, and was told (yet again) that the vehicle did not have any noticeable problems with the transmission.

After this frightening incident, I had contacted Hyundai Motor America's corporate offices to see if they could assist me in the issue. Unfortunately, after 3 months of being shuffled between corporate agents, a few dealership appointments, etc., and just trying to make progress by doing this, I was feeling hopeless and had contacted Adam's in March 2019 to see if he could assist me in this matter, and after reviewing my documents, Adam had accepted my case. After 4 months of communications with Hyundai's corporate offices, dealing with additional vehicle issues throughout the process, Adam had finally informed me that Hyundai had agreed to repurchase my vehicle free and clear. Keep in mind, if you are attempting to have Hyundai repurchase your vehicle, it takes a lot of time (7 months in my case) -- but be patient!!!

Adam Zolonz is the best thing since sliced bread. I had problems with my car and it was in shop multiple times for various repairs and noise issues. I found adam zolonz when i was looking for a good lemon attorney to go after Mercedes benz for my 2013 “certified” s550, which started to have problems after problems.

I wasn't sure if my car meets the requirements to be called a lemon car and just casually e-mailed the office of Adam Zolonz for free case review. Adam personally called me to hear what the issues have been with the car and requested to see the repair orders. Within 1 day I signed the retainer agreement, which specifically mentioned that I am to pay nothing and that all compensation is contingent on successfully making a claim under the lemon law. Hello folks let me start off by saying this was the best decision I made a to fix my problem. It came to a point that I was at ends meet didn't know what to do. Adam and his team were really a Godsend. We had a 2014 Infiniti Q50S that was a problem from the day we drove it home. To be honest, we never even bothered with Infiniti Consumer Affairs. Once we started researching lemon laws and discovered we had a reasonable claim, the next logical step was to find representation, as it would be no cost to us. Don't know how you did and so fast. Adam got Toyota to buy back my 2016 truck with 9k on it. My truck had broken down once, but required major work and 3months in the shop. After the 2nd month I contacted Adam because I wasn't going to be happy with the truck anymore...it wasn't going to be the same truck....
Within a week of acquiring Adams service, he got a response from Toyota and within the month got me a buyback offer and two weeks later I got my check!! Was so happy to put this in my past.
On another note, I feel like Toyota trucks have been good to me and reliable, but this was an unfortunate situation.

ADAM is the MAN!!!! I had(Keyword) a Dodge Charger RT that went through not one but TWO major engine repairs in the year and a half that I owned it. I custom ordered a new 2014 BMW X6 with all the bells and whistles, and shortly after was having engine issues among other things. I was having numerous issues with my 4 year old Chevrolet Cruze with 40K miles. It was constantly in and out of the dealership since new. Initially I did not think it would be classified as a "lemon" due to the mileage, and the dealer always fixed and covered the repairs under warranty. After receiving many unsolicited letters from random law offices in the mail, I decided to hit up yelp and consult a lemon law specialist attorney. My searching led me to Zolonz & Associates. I contacted the firm and received a call back from Adam himself a couple hours later. He requested all my documents; I could have faxed them but i opted to meet him in person(only visit I made). Adam reviewed and accepted my case with no out of pocket fee. I received constant updates, and after a few short months I received word that GM has offered to settle. Adam was able to get all my money back I paid for the car including my initial down payment, GM paid off my car, and took it off my hands. The good thing is GM pays the attorney fees and is not taken out of the settlement.

Adam is your best choice on the fight for your lemon car. Please believe me. I have had gone through 2 big law firms (and both of them denied my case) before I researched online and found Adam. My car had been at dealers more than 3 times for the same problem with my dashboard system. I was frustrated for the fact that I had a lemon car and I knew that I was protected under lemon law, but my case had been rejected until I talk to Adam. One thing I like best about Adam is that he is so responsive. I just gave him a message on his webpage, and within 15 minutes he called me back immediately. He is also reachable. 2009 Chevy Malibu. At 55,000 miles, I decided to search for a Lemon Law Attorney to review the repair history on the vehicle.
