I phoned the law firm and spoke to a law clerk who was very kind gentleman who listened to me intently and asked me questions without any real hesitations about the current details of my case. It was then when I was put into contact with the wonderful Mr. Robert Katz. I must say that everyone at the law firm is very professional and they promptly get back to me if not right away. What a huge difference that made for me. Upon meeting Bob (Robert) he was very personable and honest which I really appreciated. He is very experienced in the Worker's Comp field and that is what he specializes in. Mind you, not all attorneys do. Most practice in various types of law but not Bob. He really knows his stuff and well. After all he's been doing this for years and this type of law again is his specialty. So of course I was more than delighted to have Bob newly represent me. And very relieved to say the least.
He kept me abreast on everything and was very reassuring because I felt very anxious about the whole thing. Having no experience with this sort of thing, I had no real idea about how it all worked. My previous attorney never really spoke to me about any of that. Bob was very concise and was able to answer and address all my concerns. It's amazing but he was able to settle my case in less time than I had expected! And he was able to get me the best possible settlement anyone in my position could wish for. He consistently fought for my best interests like he would've for his own family and that speaks volumes about Bob. Thank you so much Bob for all your hard work and putting up with me! I couldn't be more grateful.
Really, do not hesitate in contacting this law firm for your Worker's Comp needs. There are good reasons why they have glowing reviews on Yelp and Google. And I can honestly attest to that! Do yourself a HUGE favor and call them. You won't be disappointed. You'd be gambling on the outcome of your WC case if you don't. I speak from my own experience.
Sincerly,
Bryan Kasarda.

They would go above and beyond what normally you would expect. Honest and upfront. The whole team is amazing!
Mark will go to bat for you in negotiating with opposing attorneys and get you the treatment you need. He'll be upfront and tell you when you're out of options, but guide you to find an equitable solution. Mark is honest and I'm pleased about that. I wasn't looking for an attorney to play games.
If you have a work related injury, hire Mark Sherry.
The individual I referred to mark was under a condition on both sides. After finding out, I was advised that the new client had 4 solid workman's compensation cases maybe 5 from his new client..
The cases all are against the state of California CALTRANS..
I FIND IT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL on both parties, that a deal was agreed on on a referral fee as well as a FINDERS FEE from SHERRY.
I personally know the ability Mark Sherry has when EXECUTING DUE PROCESS CORRECTLY.
The client also breaks the attorney/client confidentiality act.
The client states that since "I'm there client, I'm THE CONTRACTED PERSON" to decide if I pay you a referral fee..
I know a lot about the FACTS of all cases retained by SHERRY'S FIRM.
The client also has a DEMOTION from the state of California CALTRANS for records that are public.
It's unethical for a firm to agree on a fee for 4 maybe 5 cases to be compensated.
