It used to be better...they need to change the music and stop talking so loud when they have customers...

Disappointed, but not surprised. My case was screened by someone who was not an attorney, reading from a script. This firm seems to reject cases unless physical injuries were sustained.

they were very helpful as far as the workers compensation went the medical malpractice part of it which is the part that I really need help with because I'm really broken my back is really bad I didn't get much help but I like them so far I mean I really haven't been with them for long I just talked with them today I just want Morgan and morgan to fight for me and I hope they will I want the company I work for & the medical clinic that I went to with my problems to understand that hard workers like me should not be treated like this I gave everything I had to the company I worked for and they left me feeling like I was nothing and that I meant nothing to them and it's hurtful and for me to NEVER be able to do that kind of work again because of the doctor that they sent me to because she was out for their best interest and not mine very much hurts I want Morgan Morgan to let these people feel how I feel to understand how bad it hurts but I'll let you know whenever I get further into it they're my attorneys now and we'll see

High volume, production line law firm. Do not trust a law firm who has an 800 number, has you call a call center that sounds like a boiler room, all calls are recorded, and no one is located in the law office, and when you ask to speak to an attorney, you are sent directly to a voicemail. Also, the "free consultation" is done by someone who is NOT an attorney, so how can that person actually provide a consultation? Total fraud and waste of time.
