So rude and terrible. I was attacked by 2 men and the case was immediately dismissed because I decided to press charges 12 hours later instead of right then and had "credibility issues" due to "apparent intoxicity" when I was actually crying and convulsing in shock and pain which they would have known if they even bothered to attain my medical records of the night of the assault. More concerning was the egregious, flagrant language used by whoever I spoke with in regards to my credibility. No options for recourse were discussed, not even a dash of concern for me, the victim. Since then, the 2 men have slashed my tires, are constantly surveilling me, trying to get into my apartment, constant harassment and intimidation as they view the restraining order as a joke and flee each time before police can arrive. I can only hope that when they succeed in escalating this to a point where I lose my life, the DA will take action but I would not count on this office for that.

I know a five star rating is strange when talking about a district attorney's office but as an ex criminal and as a man I have to be truthful. Not all authority figures are the same, some of them really care. Just like any entity theres good ones bad ones and great ones. These folks are in the last category. The three da's that dealt with me saw the human not the file and saw the spirit not the number. Becuase of them I have a new lease on life and have been doing everything in my power to make society happy with their choice. I owe you guys my life for seeing the dad, the husband, the company owner operator instead of what was in my file. Thank you for being truly out for the good of society, all of society not just the upper crust...from whatever angle with whatever lenses thank you for trying to see me the rehabilitated me.
