I been calling for months to find out was the status of my case they started 2 years ago I’m paid them more than 4 thousand dollars I been leaving messages but as of today they haven’t returned my calls

These are BY FAR the worst attorneys!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT GO HERE !! They will take your money and not even help!!! My husband and I came here 2 YEARS ago so they can help us get rid of our Welk resort timeshare and we have yet to hear anything back! They don’t call us back, they don’t email us back and don’t even try to reach out ! They steal your money! We are looking into a lawyer to help us deal with them, whatever it takes to get our money back. DONT GO HERE !!!!

I seldomly write reviews and consider myself a very patient person, however this company is not honest in their advertised processes. I Established an account with this company in October of 2016. Received the whole spill about how this is a common account, you have 12 months and we usually have it done in about 4-6 etc. Also promised monthly updates minimum and regular contact with my assigned lawyer. At last contact we were told they initiated a class action lawsuit on our and other clients behalf and yet no documentation was provided to me after several requests. No contact from them unless I initiate it. They will occasionally call back after you leave a message with their call center. We received a generic your case is in progress letter and spoke with a representative who assured us the case was close to coming to an end as of January 2018. After multiple requests to provide a case number or an attorney poc we receive nothing.
Very bad experience so far as they have failed at every task they promised during our initial consults. I can not understand how they maintain their BBB rating. Buyer definitely beware in regards to this deceptive company.

We have been with them for over 15 months and nothing has been done to get out of our timeshare. They do respond to our calls but it's always the same answer of "We are working on it". I hope we haven't been taken. We asked to speak with an attorney over a week ago and so far, no response. Buyer Beware!!!!

Reliable, professional and they get the job done. They respond to every call or email. Patience though as it may take some time since the resort may drag their feet.

USCA told me verbally and in writing that they were working on canceling my timeshare with a prominent timeshare company which was a total lie. I continuously requested copies of documents that they have provided to my timeshare company. I never once had a meeting with an attorney. My telephone conversations were always with the admin staff member.The letters that USCA provided were chain letters. Once I allowed USCA To represent me legally against my timeshare company My timeshare company could not legally communicate with me about any correspondence that they had or had not received from USCA since USCA was my legal representative. So, I was left in the dark about what was or wasn’t factually going on legally with the cancellation of my timeshare. USCA was no more closer to canceling my timeshare contract after nine months than they were on the first day that I signed documents with them. USCA sent out written correspondence and posted on their website that indicated they were in a lawsuit against my timeshare company. This was true! I researched the Court case provided and I retrieved all of the documents filed by both party (USCA and my Timeshare company). The judge had actually ruled in favor the timeshare company. USCA continuously, Court date after court date neglected to prove its case. I sent a formal letter to US C a terminating our relationship, and requesting a refund of my money. Two years ago they told me they would look into it and get back with me to this day that has not happened

ALMOST 2 YEARS SINCE I HIRED THIS PEOPLE TO CANCEL THE TIMESHARE I WAS SCAMMED IN ORLANDO, NO ANSWER, NO CALL, NO UPDATE AND OF COURSE NO CANCELLATION YET... VERY DISAPPOINTING...

-Not sure if I was scammed or not, but haven't heard a word from them, and they don't answer the phone. Will update if things change.

*Update* These people are legit, they helped release us from our timeshare with Bluegreen. They do what they say will do, but don't expect to hear from them at all. Also this is a long process it took us over a year and a half to be released, so don't expect this to happen over night. However, we do recommend them, because they did what they said they would do, and saved us from paying the rest of our lives to a timeshare scam!

USCA failed to meet the terms of their contract and also did not communicate to me adequately during the 12 months they were supposedly working on my case. I consider their advertised services a scam.
