I found myself accused of numerous false accusations of domestic voilence. I was contacted by police and sheriff’s my ex filed a false police report and a restraining order in the civil court. I felt like I was being attacked and nobody believed me.

I would have never imagined needing to trust my life in the hands of an individual I had never met. None the less, a Lawyer I knew nothing about. Edward Damas, is the only lawyer I spoke to that gave me the certainty that he would work his hardest to drop the felonies and possible jail time I was looking to encounter. Terrible representation in a situation in which I was falsely accused of assaulting a peace officer which was a weak charge with no basis that a public defendant could have got dismissed. The second charge was a DUI which the best deal this guy could get me was a guilty plead with 9 months of alcohol classes and a court fine and a 3 year probation on my first DUI offense... I took the guilty plead although the arresting department had stated that I refused a breathalyzer exam which was untrue yet the DMV suspended my license for refusal. Under those conditions the Police department was claiming I refused an exam and yet this lawyer claimed I had blown a 0.24 and that the case would be difficult to beat. I took the plea deal and the Dmv still refused to give me a temporary license on the basis that I had refused an exam... the lawyer poorly represented me or looked out for my interest yet charged me $5,000. In addition, they pretend they care although once they get paid they don't care for the client. The way I was represented was very poorly and in a very lazy way. In addition, upon posting this review the firm has continued to harass me and even resorting to deceptive theatrics such as calling my phone with an area code inconsistent with their firm to try to get me to retract my review.

Recently this firm has gone above and beyond to defame me due to my negative review, and this shows in their unethical way of disclosing client and attorney information breaching client confidentiality as you can see from there response to my review. Thus, this further underlines the unethical means to which these people are willing to resort to and additional feedback will not cease until these people stop harassing me and defaming me by exposing my case for every one to see. Thus, the harm that the information posted in this response by the law firm are subject to be dismissed or rejected for a job and legal matters might be necessary unless they retract their attacks via a social platform towards intimidation and retraction of what I perceive to be my assessment of the services provided.

If you are reading this review, it is because you have entered a difficult time in your life. Let this review give you comfort and relief knowing your difficult time can be improved if you decide to retain the services of Mr. Rodriguez. Experience, Intelligence and Character are all great description of Mr. Rodriguez; however, I would rather describe him as a friend.
I decided to retain the services after our first consultation. After being recommended by a family friend, I decided to schedule an appointment. Entering his downtown LA office, with a beautiful view of the LA night lights, I felt I was entering the set of a Hollywood movie. Although the setting was beautiful, the plot was not. With my wife by my side, I began to recount my incident.
My emotions flooded my face in the form of tears and the strong man I thought I was faded into the chair. As I fell deeper into an uncontrollable cry for help, Mr. Ambrosio cautiously walked over and held gave me the embrace of a friend. That was all I needed to know he was concerned with my wellbeing and not just the financial gain.
In a world filled with ambition and corruption, I was made feel secure and safe in his presence. Day after day, month after month, Mr. Ambrosio held his position on my case with poise, fighting the badgering or the DA and the timeframe of the Judge, exercising all my legal rights as a defendant. Ultimately, he won over both and reached a positive outcome to my case.

I contacted the Rodriguez Law group after someone reported that I was part of a hit and run while I was driving a company vehicle. I went to the police to give my statement as I hadn't been part of any accident.

The official police report stated it was a minor accident which resulted in minimal scuff marks on the "victims" bumper. The "victim" didn't call the police and instead he reported the accident a few days after. The police department moved foward with the complaint and sent it to the DA's office. The charge: Misdemeanor hit and run. The "victim" positively identified me and hired a private attorney the next day and sued the company I work for damages and bodily injury.

I had just relocated from Texas due to work. My wife and I had just started an adoption process at the time. If I got convicted, I would lose my job. My wife and I also had to put a stop to our adoption process due to this pending case.

I began my search for a trustworthy attorney who would work hard on my behalf and believe my statement. After multiple searches and reading reviews, I found the Rodriguez Law Group. Erick Munoz answered my call. I explained the situation and reiterated that I wasn't part of any hit and run. Erick assured me he would work hard on my case. I truly trusted Erick as his resume speaks volumes.

Erick kept me informed thoughout the entire process. I didn't have to miss any work days. Most importantly he worked with my budget. The DA's office offered to settle the case if I paid the "victim" damages and medical bills. Erick didn't accept the offer as I was not guilty and therefore should't pay anything to this individual.

Erick worked with the insurance company and discovered this "victim" had multiple hit and run claims against other company vehicles. This individual received multiple insurance payouts from various insurance companies, throughout the years.

I hired nathan to terminate a criminal protective order that was issued. I kept trying to make it happen myself by talking to the district attorney but she would never answer. When I first walked into Rodriguez Law group, I was a mess. I was not even in a state to explain to Mr. Rodriguez what was going on. All this was so new to me.
