This is more than a review... to begin I was injured at work and wasn't sure how to handle my situation they made sure I wasn't taken advantage of and that I was treated like a person should be treated after going through a traumatizing event. This law office is very upsetting and unhelpful. My mother had gotten injured at her work on January 2, 2017 ever since then she has seen two law offices this being the second. Despite they’re promises to help her with the case and informing her as much as possible this wasn’t the situation. She has barley seen one doctor last month! Every time I hear her call the office she is constantly brushed aside and told her case is being handled. However she still never know what’s going on with her own case. She is constantly having troubles with the office on finding doctors to see her arm. Her arm is almost completely broken she has trouble moving it and the only care she has received is pain pills. Some nights she had trouble and can’t move because the pain..... it’s upsetting cause I can’t do nothing but listen to her groan and cry. As far as our financial issues she has not received any payments since the injury! We have been late and struggled to find rent each month. Meanwhile the end of the line comes as our landlord has constantly spoken to my mom about rent and planning to evict us. It’s unfair it makes me upset seeing my mom cry because of her arm while then landlord is constantly asking for money knowing she can not work nor is she being paid. Nothing but good things to say about these guys. When I first got hurt I got sent to this wack place called US healthworks and some nurse told me that there was nothing wrong with me and sent me back to Work same day. I kept complaining and all my company did was send me to the same place. Found these guys after doing some research and Henry Rodgers explained all of my options to me. They got me to a real doctor where they discovered that I had a tear in my leg. I was able to get surgery and a nice settlement at the end. I recommend to all those out there to call these guys if you are hurt.

As long as they continue to work on there costumer service the company will be fine costumer service was a big problem but once it was addressed I haven't had anymore problems I suggest have a costumer service class every six months or so and Henry Tao is the BOOM

Hurt my leg at work, hired this firm, they made the entire process as painless as possible. Considering other options honestly...too many issues..it's shouldn't take months to get records I asked them to get a long time ago..motions that should be filed have not and it's too much ontop of the stress and pain behind dealing with all this I feel like I'm fighting with my lawyers just as much as I'm fighting with the insurance company..

I am extremely disappointed in this company. The very first day I spoke to someone and he showed so much empathy towards my situation. I decided to have this firm as my attorney and since then no one ever calls you back and the assistants are lying all the time. I was able to go back to full duty February 28th. I thought that I was back to normal and now I’m in a ton of pain again and because I am represented I can’t schedule another doctors appointment without my attorney. I called to speak to him but I was told I’d receive a call back never did. I am sick of the run around.

I’ve had a case open for 6months. After my work injury my work adjuster was taking forever to approve my surgery. After 3months of having a torn shoulder muscle I got the surgery & dr said I had no option. Never did I realize that the surgery was just the beginning. I never expected that I'll get sick after entering a company that produces antiseptics for plants. I'm always using the right equipments and I also wear the proper attire at work but I still couldn't escape from some diseases.
