I went through a MVA, which ultimately led to undergo a bi-level cervical fusion surgery along with suffering from MTBI and PTSD. Life was not at its finest and I was going through some rough times.
Austin really cared for my well being and as well as my best interest. He was there for me at all times, thoroughly answering any questions I had and keeping me updated of current status quo.
I could not have asked for a better attorney. Thank you Austin.
Heartfelt thanks to Andrew Owen, Brian Panish & Matthew Stumpf
Thankfully we were referred to Matt Stumpf from Panish Shea & Boyle legal firm.
I’m quite pleased & impressed by Matt Stumpf’s legal representation & his personal demeanor towards my full recovery.
Matt was very clear and direct in explaining the legal case & procedures in a friendly manner that felt more like a close friend, instead of a lawyer, guiding me through it.
He gave me full moral support in the lowest moments when things seemed bleak. Matt and his staff were always attentive and available to answer any and all questions or doubts. They were in constant open communication from beginning to end of my car accident legal case. I’m very thankful.
I highly recommend Matt Stumpf from Panish, Shae & Boyle legal firm.
For anybody who has been through the legal system, you know that it’s a mentally draining process. And for anybody who is new to this, just like I was, you want Candice on your team because it’s tough. I was the type of client who needed her hand held the entire time. I asked many questions, had many moments of doubt, but it never seemed to bother Candice how many times I texted/called or emailed her. She was extremely responsive and put my priorities on the top of her list. If you’re reading this and are need of an attorney, I would wholeheartedly recommend Candice and her wonderful team because they’ve changed my life.
We didn’t know what hit us when a family member died while vacationing in California due to the extreme carelessness of others. We were truly lost and thousands of miles away from the scene. But our local attorney referred us to PSB, and after our first meeting we knew we had found the best path forward to finding answers about what happened and making sure the people responsible were held accountable and couldn’t inflict more harm on others. Our main contact was with Pete Kaufman who is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable and tough. Pete and his team, including Jake Douglass & Whitney Smith, were fighting for us the whole time, even when the defendants were making numerous frivolous arguments and trying so hard to avoid responsibility. Pete’s knowledge of the law and legal procedures, and his familiarity with the judges and courts, were critical to moving our case forward in the right direction. Pete kept us informed at all stages. Pete and our local attorney worked together as a great team on many aspects of the case, which made things more difficult for the defendants. Brian Panish was also deeply involved in our case, especially as it moved toward trial. When you see Brian in action, it is immediately clear why he is one of the best trial lawyers in the world. Brian is as tough as they come, and his intelligence and no-nonsense style pierced right through the excuses and lies that the defendants were trying to hide behind. In the end, we found out exactly what happened to our loved one and we held those at fault responsible for their actions. We take extreme pride in knowing that our case will lead to changes in people’s behavior and help prevent our tragedy from happening again to others. We highly recommend Brian, Pete & the whole team at PSB!
