Worst service ever they took over three months to get back to me had me going to a chiropractor and now saying they can’t help me out on my case they are the worst service ever for customer service I would Recommend them to anyone and this is the second time I have called him to help me and they both denied me twice

Service Is Horrible I Was Ran Over By A Car And Suffer From A C6 Vertebrea Burst Fracture Now I Have Metal Rod In Neck So I Hired Them And Never Had Contact With My Attorney Only Case Manager Celica Ishii Who When Asked To Update Me On Case Status Can't Even Give Me Any Info So I Ask To Speak To Supervisor And Was Told Call In Morning So I Wait Till The Next Day To Call Just To Be Told He At Lunch So I Waited A Hour N Called Back And Was Told He Went Home Call Again Tomorrow So Now I'm Regretting To Even Let Them Represent Me Also They Have A Group Of Dr They Can Send Me Too But They Choose For Me Find My Own I'm Barely 22 And They Treat Me With Absolute Ignorance !
