This is the second time I’ve used Joshua Goldstein and his firm, for a case arguably more significant than his prior work on my naturalization application he successfully submitted for me. My fiancé’ and I hired Josh’s firm to file a K-1 Visa, so I am able to marry and live with the love of my life. My case was stuck for almost 2 years for my citizenship ship. I decided to find a lawyer but I searched on online and I see other but I couldn’t agree with them. I choose josh because when I met him in his office Los Angeles and he have a really nice office and really respectfully team. Once I tell him my story what was the issue. He explained to me everything and tell me that this will be the guarantee for you in three month you will get your citizenship. I agree with him and sign the paper and done with deal and the best price ever he had. Soon I got the interview and then the interview was successful pass and then they told me we will let you know when will decision made and he did it for me later. But he wasn’t giving up he fight for me successful he win it for me. It was the one best day and happiness day in my life when he called me and tell me that we win. Update: After an year of previous good experience, I sought the help of Joshua Goldstein again. My zoom appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and I got a call from his office at 1:54 PM to cancel it. The weirdest part of it was the reason why the appointment was cancelled. The attorney supposedly didn't want to guide me on my questions as he was not confident about it even though they were not out of the box. It seemed more goofy than what they actually told me.

A little info about my case. About 7 years ago, I was researching and searching for a reputable attorney to take care of my matter.
My case was a little complicated with real chances of deportation so I just couldn't let it sit with any attorney with no experience so Josh came up as one of the top lawyer in the area (approval rates wise and reviews wise).
When I first met him, I knew right away that my case would be in excelent hands. His team of paralegals and associates were just amazing so that brought me a lot of confidence, specially after seeing the way they arrenged my immigration files, with lots of research and organization.

I was looking for a lawyer to file a mandamus case to sue the Department of State. I contacted several lawyers. Joshua was by the far the most responsive and the most knowledgeable. Also, he was the most friendly and the most optimistic.
He promised to file the case in less than a week. (one other lawyer said that filing takes three weeks).
He seemed very experienced with mandamus. He gave me an exact timeline, and when does he expect the DOS to settle by issuing the visa.
I hired him and indeed he filed the case very quickly. And indeed the case got resolved in the timeline that he predicted.
My wife and my daughter are now in Boston.

If I could give him zero stars I would. The service was absolutely terrible to say the very least! My husband and I had a paid consultation with him after which we had decided to retain him for services. Once he recieved his money he never responded to emails or phone calls. Giving him the benefit of the doubt I decided to wait 3 weeks and still nothing! We ended up having to retain a different law office. He did absolutely nothing other than consulting with us! If you have a complicated Immigration case particularly asylum I would not recommend him for services.
