I was really happy with the personal attention that each person working on my case gave to me. I didn't feel like 'just another case.' I was listened to and was able to make my own decisions. I have never had to go through an experience like this but Paul Miner and Rachel Van made sure that I was fully aware of what was happening while it was happening and it really made a huge difference. I would recommend this team for anyone who is looking for someone who will fight for them. They took on my cause like it was their own.

My case was very complex and challenging. Other firms declined to assist me, however, Paul and his Team took my issue and dealt with it in a strong, aggressive manner. My previous employer tried to demean me, and imply that I was totally at fault for the issue that caused them challenges.
