Grant Pederson and wonderful staff recently fully amended and updated our Living Trust and has done an excellent job! The background work done was very thorough and the finished documents were completed in an outstanding manner. This is the third version of our living trust which was established in 1985. Each version was done by a different law firm. I must say that the job done by Grant pederson and his staff is the best.

The trust they did for my mother was fairly thorough. The only problem is her successor trustee was openly in conflict of interest. He borrowed close to a million dollars from her estate for a bankrupt company he is running. When preparing our documents, he thought of things we never in a million years would have considered -- like, for example, what would you want to do with assets you are leaving to a grandchild who marries a loser. Seriously! He thinks of everything! Planning for what's going to happen to your assets when you or a spouse is gone is not exactly an exercise in fun but Grant really made us feel that we have prepared ourselves, our children and our heirs for the future.
