I was in a car accident over 7 years ago and hired a different attorney in the area. I hated my experience with that previous attorney and when I got rear-ended a year ago I researched and asked around for the best injury attorney in the area.

It was ultimately my orthopedist that recommended Kevin and William Flahavan. My orthopedist specializes in spine injuries and has worked with a lot of attorneys, so his recommendation of Kevin and William meant a lot to me.

I was shocked when Kevin gave me his actual cell phone number after our initial meeting. My last attorney was impossible to get ahold of and would NEVER have given me his direct number. It was comforting to know that I had direct access to my attorney at all times. I never had to speak to an assistant or a secretary. I can’t even express how appreciative I was to have that kind of access to my attorney after my last attorney was a complete nightmare and would take multiple days just to call me back.

Lastly, I always felt that Kevin had my interests in mind and was along with me every step of the way. My last attorney had his own interests in mind and was never there for me.

In the end, Kevin was able to settle my case with the insurance company and got me way more money then I would have expected. This injury wasn’t as bad as my injuries 7 years ago but I almost got twice as much money.

Kevin was 100% honest then entire time, and they never raise their fee even if they have to file the lawsuit. This was also incredible compared to my greedy attorney 7 years ago that charged me for everything (like paper & supplies) and raised his fee to 40% just because he had to file the lawsuit... not Kevin. In fact he waived a lot of fees and never raised his rate.

This review is long over due!!! I cannot praise Mr. Kevin Flahavan enough. He has been the light in a dark tunnel for me. He had and probably still is keeping track of my file and giving me advice. He actually spent days!!! On reviewing my file and going over everything with a few other attorneys while refusing to charge me. Not many attorneys will do that. He has spent hours talking and texting me while being a therapist. He truly has the most respect for his profession and everyone involved.
