I would highly recommend Jim Nolan as your attorney. I am an attorney as well and we have collaborated on several projects. Jim always puts the interests of his clients first and provides the best legal services. As a colleague, it is always a pleasure to work with such a professional and a thoughtful attorney.

Mr. Nolan is one of the finest most trustworthy men I know and an excellent attorney. He handled our mother's affairs for us when it was time for her to go into assisted living. I know that he has many elderly clients that he has helped with their legal affairs and when he is in their area he will stop by to say hello and check on them. He is a generous and caring man.

Jim has represented our company, Maple Street Biscuit Company, for several years. He is one of the most knowledgeable attorneys I have ever worked with. More importantly, he cares about his clients and takes a vested interest in their business. For Jim, it is never about just providing legal advice or trying to bill more hours. Rather, he provides practical advice and takes the time to understand your business. He knows that not one box fits all and not all clients will require the same solution. Jim brings with him practical real life experience and as a former business owner himself, he understands cost is a big issue. I highly recommend to Jim.

This is a very bad attorney that cannot be trusted. Hired in my kid's estate to represent his interests. My son told the attorney what his interests were and what he wanted in his estate, the attorney disregarded my son wishes and talked down to him as though he was nothing, and told multiple lies in court, made my son's case seem very covoluted, hard, and complex, and he tried to appoint a guardian at litem that he personally knew to represent only his opinion, and not my son's and ordered to stay on the case and collect attorney fees. This attorney has been on the case for less than four months and has a bill over $17,000 he is definitely a rip-off, a fraud, and a narccisstic liar. I do not recommend this attorney.
