Susan Mager did an awesome job representing my wife. She had a devestating injury and we needed some professional representation. So glad we found Susan.

I hired this firm to handle my workers comp case. MISTAKE!
I could never get a response from Susan. After a year of waiting to hear , Susan told me I didn't have a case,and would most likely be criminally charged for insurance fraud if she pursued my case any further. She stated to me it would not be in her best interest to continue,because it wouldn't being in enough money to warrant her fighting my case further,then dropped my case.
UPDATE: I found an awesome attorney with Carlisle Legal Services in Richmond Hill! And she got me awarded $1000 less than the maximum allows for my injury. And, she did it in half the time . I am on my way to surgery and RECOVERY.
Susan Mager WILL NOT fight for you unless it's in her best financial interest. All statements are true to what I dealt with. Threatening clients with prosecution? NOT.

Very Very poor service . I had to change lawyers to get my case going and getting to see the doctors I needed and medical supplies . This office took a year to get me in to see a pain management doctor. I will NOT refer this office to anyone . Don't believe what you hear on the radio, do your research and hire a good lawyer. I had problems getting my phone calls/emails returned and NO updates . Everything always stayed the same . Almost two years of wasted time .
