The 2 employees I've dealt with (Dec 20th, name unknown, male and the female Jan 16th name unknown) did an amazing job at helping me and answered every question I had plus no BS and they both got me in and out of there quickly. (Even after the previous person was giving them attitude)

One star is way too generous for these employees. I have been dealing with them for years now, & this last stunt they pulled? Destroyed my life. I lost custody of my preteen daughter due to this office, all the way up to the one that runs the office. The NCP called this office and lied to them about having full custody of my girl. This office believed him & placed a hold on my account-never asking me anything, never called to verify, no one emailed, or certified letter-to let me know what was going on. EVEN THOUGH HE WAS $13,000 IN ARREARS! He started paperwork illegally in another state and illegally kidnapped my child. I called over and over, trying to talk to anybody I could about releasing the arrears to get a lawyer, & what they did to assist the NCP of illegally kidnapping my child. Nobody in that office cared. It got so bad that they would block my calls & put me on hold forever. Even the woman who ran that office hung up on me. Luckily, I do have recordings of every single call. I tried to tell the woman in charge of the office that she was being recorded, but she was still rude, cut me off, told me to stop wasting her time & hung up. Wow. That $13,000 would’ve definitely helped me get a lawyer, so I could protect my girl from her father and her emotionally/verbally abusive stepmother. Why would this office assist a delinquent NCP illegally kidnapping a minor. Thanks to this office. Their “help” kept a preteen girl in unfavorable living arrangements. (((Child slept on family room couch, no privacy, bed, or room, father would change in front of child because step-DB would kick father out of bedroom to continue her beauty sleep....family rituals playing w/tarot cards,burning candles, dancing with raw eggs around fire....verbally abusive stepDB saying she is not smart enough, good enough,etc.....my girl has already tried smoking and drinking, within the first 6 months of being there!!!!))) To this child support office: May you and yours reap all the negative things you have sown to other families.

These child support offices in EP county and it’s employees are useless and to top that express the typical “pro-life” atttitude. They’d rather defend a dead beat and blame the woman and let him get away from all parental responsibilities and have the child pay for the ‘non-custodial parent’ AKA dead beats incompetence. I haven’t been able to have my case heard or enforced at all over a decade! They have everything they need and I always hear “can’t locate the other parent” yeah sure. BUT watch a responsible father miss one payment and they’re after his retirement and all! Meanwhile, dead beats are out there with the freedom of choice to abandon all responsibility with absolutely zero consequence.
