Our experience working with the Coleman Law Firm was, and is, highly satisfactory. As and example, our County Appraiser's office recently denied our Florida Land Trust homestead request. I immediately called The Coleman Law Firm, during the lunch our. Randy's assistant called me back immediately, assured me he had never had a client experience a homestead denial and that he would call me as soon as his current client meeting was completed. In the meantime I called the County Appraiser's office. The person I spoke with reviewed the denial documentation and found a mistake had probably been made. Randy called me shortly thereafter and said he would contact the Appraiser's office on our behalf immediately if necessary. We received a letter of acceptance of our homestead application a week later.
An additional benefit of working with Randy is his recommendation of the best restaurants in the St Johns and Jacksonville Beach area. Eleventh South in Jacksonville Beach is our favorite.
None of this could have been done without Randy Coleman and his firm. It took it took time to complete this complex document. He was patient & thoughtful. He is a great listener and an even better questioner.
The exercise was interesting, informative and very satisfying for Jane & I to know we have a plan that will work for our children over their lifetimes.
Thank You, Randy
