At the worst time in my life these guys gave me hope. My life was turned upside down. I felt backed in a corner with the insurance company. So I reached out to Mr. Hamilton. The very first time I met with him I knew he was passionate about his work. Very firm with insurance the insurance compan. Showed back bone and made it clear we wont be pushed around . Ty Tyler, easy to remember and you should as at 66 in life now I have met few true masters. I am good at what I do but not a master.
Ty is. In 1997 a tornado totalled our house. The insurance company gave us a hard time with our personal effects, even taking my former wife and I to an examination under oath, which is a gut wretching multi hour pressure cooker.
Ty was cool and kept my wife and I cool.
The insurance attorneys, there were 2 or 3 were at the end baffled by the skill and coolness of just little old Ty (he is not little) which translated to us.
At the end of the 8 hour examination under oath, it was Ty's turn. He hit back hard....I file for tommorow for triple damages for bad faith or pay up NOW the policy limits. They paid the next day!
You see Ty knows the game...he played for the other side (the insurance companies for years). Knowledge and skill.
But more than his skill and knowledge, I have called him twice since this problem with other insurance issues. A busy man he called me right back and gave excellent advice and didn't even charge a penny even though his advice is gold. Yeah you heard it right, an really good attorney giving his time and advice for free. One of those times a hurricane claim, with a low ball offer. Ty could have taken the case and made some big bucks but no....give the insurance commision a call and they will straighten out the insurance company which they did!
You know he really cares and wants to help. Add compassion to his knowledge and skill!
If you have an insurance problem do not fool around, see the Master of insurance problems....that is all he does and he IS the best!
