I have called consistently every day for two months straight and have yet to get a call back. Found out my phone calls are being blocked, therefore I can no longer reach the office. I was leaving the same urgent message with a secretary everyday for Jason to call back to speak about important matters involving my case and have yet to speak with him. Very disappointed in service at the moment and after Paying such a large amount of money and not being able to reach my lawyer, i feel extremely frustrated and taken advantage of. Like the reviewer below me I too have had an increasingly negative experience with Jason. Since July I have called on average of three times a week trying to reach Jason. I have left numerous messages with his receptionists as well as his preferred forum method of communication. He has failed to answer or return any of my attempts in contacting him. On my last court date Jason failed to realize the Judge had prior business relations with his family and thus could not preside over my case. Not only did he fail to return my calls in the weeks and morning of leading up to this date, he had his father Adam Cerbone (also a lawyer) pull me out of the court room on account of Jason being busy elsewhere. His father assured me Jason would rectify the mistake and get back to me immediately. Due to his failure to rectify the situation in a timely manner, I found out hours later after driving around all day I had a bench warrant out for my arrest for being in contempt of court...after I showed up on time...unlike my fully retained lawyer. Jason did call me back that evening AFTER I left another urgent message with his receptionist and said he would take care of the issue. There was no apology or attempt to speak on the lack of communication leading to that court date. Since then I have only been able to speak with receptionist and on one occasion his assistant Jennifer Gross. She assured me that she would get my concerns to Jason and he would return my calls. This has yet to happen over a month later. This level of unprofessional and completely unethical behavior has continued since with Jason failing to communicate me on every form of medium for the last 3 months. For the record, Jason has been my paid in full attorney for the last two years...

To anyone looking for a DUI lawyer in Savannah and like me believed the mostly positive reviews under Jason Cerbone's name both on google and Avvo. Think twice. You will pay thousands of dollars and take the chance that this man will disappear on you.
