Told us everything she would do and we trusted she would do so. Well, she didn’t do ANY of what she promised & It took her WEEKS to file motions. After 2 months of paying her every dime she asked for while she did absolutely NOTHING we were fed up. It really sucks that she treated us this way during such a hard time.

I feel like my case proceeded in a very timely manner with only 5 months between separating from my wife and the divorce being finalized. I owe a debt of gratitude to Summer for creating a visitation schedule that was fair and accommodated my work schedule. I’ve used Summer twice now. Once for a name change for my minor son and it went amazingly smooth approximately 7 months ago. She is in the process of handling my divorce now and could not be more wonderful. She is empathetic, understanding and very helpful through every step of the way. I have had several meetings with her, both on the phone and in her office and can easily get ahold of her for any questions I may have via text or email. I would highly recommend her!

Hired for divorce and custody case. Met only twice.Didnt prepare me for hearings or mediation. Didn't get anything that I asked for.

I retained her services in a custody modification case for almost 2 years. She did not prepare me for hearings, only met me 5-10 minutes before the hearing at the courthouse. She did not present all the evidence to the judge and agreed to a hearing on her vacation where she appeared by phone. This is not adequate representation as I could not simply tap her on the shoulder or write on a pad of paper to be able to speak in court or have the evidence presented. She also did not bring all evidences to a hearing and I looked like the unorganized one in court instead of her. Lastly, she did not send me a document filed in my case, nor did she send me an answer to a motion I filed until after the hearing was complete. I would not recommend her.

Summer is Awesome! She has represented my son in family court, and she comes highly recommended. She leaves no stone unturned.
