I was rear ended. Went through months of therapy and emotional distress. My case mgr. Melissa was very attentive to my case. She cared about my issues and condition. I would call to vent because of bills adding up, lost wages and lost job. She never made me feel like she was too busy to listen. And she showed compassion and empathy. I also received phone calls and emails regarding my case from my Atty Stephanie. Another jewel God placed in my life. She would call me to inform me about my case and what was going on. I never was in the dark about anything. She fought for me, she understood my pain and didn't back down when the insurance company offer her a settlement that was refused. I wasn't just a number on their roster I was an individual with a situation that the staff took time out to listen and call me. Not only did I receive calls about the case but also just to see how I was feeling. I appreciated that because she comprehended my situation as a human being not a paycheck. It was a wonderful experience, Mike and team helped me get exactly what I deserved .

They took our case when my wife was backed into, while parked, by a dump truck driven by an illegal immigrant.
After many months they informed us that they couldn't find an insurance company to file against and there was nothing they could do to get my wife taken care of(minor injuries and psychological trauma) or even get our vehicle repaired.
This took place in the parking lot on a construction site that she had been invited to by an employee of the company.

My attorney is Melissa Renza, so far I in no doubt do feel as though she is doing her best, when I contact she responds back in a timely manner. I do know at times I could lose patience or feel like the walls are caving in, due to the severity of my case... but that's just god working on me to be understanding an have patience. Because I know an can understand how busy these great attorneys can be on a day to day basis. The only thing I wish to change..is that my attorney contact me just to ask how I'm doing or feeling. And for instead of me always contacting first, that she could keep me more updated herself. Other than the communication I in no doubt know Melissa Renza is doing everything she can.
