Did not bring up mom filed pro se and could not afford a lawyer to defend her 12 year old daughter where step mom made cosmetic change to her face without permission from mom.

Elise has been very responsive and Wendy is awesome. I wanted to find an attorney that wouldn't shy away from being aggressive when she needs to be and listening when it's appropriate. I found both. I wouldn't want to get on her bad side (that's the kind of lawyer I want).

Integrity NOT in this case. Appears to be trading favors. Does not follow any social norm in defending client who is custodial mother of four against vicious ex-husband and wife. Threw us all under the bus in mediation without requesting any documentary verification of anything. Did nothing to defend my reputation in court. Gave away our arrears and let me sign it without advising me. Forced me to take a huge assigned income for expenses and child support calculations. Gave fuel to the ex and his wife and two years later we are being blackmailed for our daughter's brother; either comply with dummy discovery or hand over son!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gave fuel to most completely outrageous people; doesn't care one iota about children. Doesn't understand or appreciate damage being done to these kids enough to lift a finger in mediation. Was texting her son for six hours during mediation while making hundreds.

This fam law team is awesome. Quick to answer questions, and I was able to speak directly with Wendy (my attorney) when I had any issues or anything came up. I'd recommend them.

I Would not use use Wendy Norman for any case! Her and her staff was very unprofessional and advised me to white out information on documents that was against the law to do. With that being said when the courts found out, Wendy dropped my case and left me with the punishment from the courts. I did turn her into the Florida Bar and they found her unprofessional and they are taking further steps for her actions in my case.
