I had a horrible experience with this law firm. I was overcharged for ineffective work on my case and the lawyer used the unethical practices to discourage my interest in retaining her after she spent all my retainer money. I was over charged for wasteful communication to the opposing counsel, had my emails, calls, and concerns ignored for over 30 days, and threatened by this lawyer that she would dismiss from my case if I didnt agree to her terms on a decision. To make matters worse, I paid for their services only to recieve a 2 month delay, no helpful advice, and a specific female lawyer working with the opposing counsel to complicate my case. Two pieces of advice I have is, 1) avoid this money robbing ineffective law firm 2) Keep in mind you can make a complaint to the Florida Bar Association and the Federal Courts on malpractice and unethical practices to help rid Jacksonville of these corrupt unethical lawyers.

I don’t write reviews, ever. I am making an exception here, because of the unprecedented experience I had with David Wolf. If you’re reading reviews on lawyers, you need one. If you’re going to bother, get a good one.

David Wolf knows the law, more importantly, or maybe equally important, he understands people and human nature. If he takes your case, chances are, he can help you.

When I needed a personal injury lawyer, I was physically hurt and angry. David calmly explained the law to me in layman’s terms. He went over different scenarios and explained his plan. Throughout the process he was responsive to my questions and frequently gave me updates to the case. David is a mix of intellect, humor, and compassion. Whether via phone, email, or text, David and his team were easy to contact and highly responsive.

I was completely unequipped to handle the challenges resulting from my accident. From the ambulance ride to the trip home after the ER visit, my situation quickly became completely overwhelming. I didn't know what tests I needed, who I should trust for care, or how to even begin sorting out the bills. I couldn't walk and - the scariest part - had to move back in with my parents. Dejected and completely lost, David Wolf was recommended to me by a family member who knows him personally, and that recommendation turned a nightmare into a neatly organized progression of reliable care and manageable bills.

Not only was David personable, but the entire team of staff members I worked with was fantastic. I spoke with David personally many times and he always found time to make himself available if I felt unsure about something.
