Very disappointed with Scott Gwartney. During a routine c-section, my daughter’s intestines were twisted and nicked. She was hospitalized for 3 months (including 2 1/2 weeks in cardiac ICU), had a bowel resection, and had to have an ileostomy for 9 months. She contacted Scott Gwartney about taking her case. He agreed, but told her not to do anything until all of her medical surgeries had been completed. A year later, after her ileostomy was finally reversed, my daughter made several attempts to contact Mr. Gwartney. After 2 months he called her back and told her he didn’t feel her case was worth it. I am sorry, but when an attorney doesn’t feel like a year of a mother of 4 children’s life isn’t worth anything, he has lost his humanity.

Extreme dislike of lawyers.

In 2018 I was involved in a traffic accident involving a driver who was D.U.I. As a result of this accident I had chiropractic visits and orthopedic consult. As a result I had to have two surgery. I knew this was going to be very expensive and I had enough to worry about besides medical bills. So I decided to use an attorney, I went to Brook's and LeBoeuf I met with Mr. LeBoeuf he was very supportive and I knew he was the person I needed. All the staff are professional, respectful and very understanding. I just felt a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. During my recovery Mr. LeBoeuf called to see how I was doing and give me updates on my case. When ever I called the office with questions the staff had answers right away. This was the worst thing I have been through. However, with the support and guidance of Mr. LeBoeuf and his staff they got me through this. Thank you. For all you did.
