They are THE BEST!

I retained Jansen & Davis when my son got a ticket for misdemeanor pot possession in 2012. The service, as stated in writing, was to include having the case sealed or expunged. Once I paid the full amount up front, communication was sketchy at best. My son was never facing jail time and he completed the community service mandated by the court. Afterward, my phone calls were not returned and they never had the record sealed. Since that is really the only service I paid for, we would have gotten the same result if he had gone into court on his own with no lawyer.
Recently my son graduated from college. We needed a simple copy of the disposition of the case. The office people lied to me for weeks and as of this review, have never sent the documents. My son finally drove 300 miles to Tallahassee and picked up a copy himself. He even called them on the way and after 3 weeks of lying, they lied to him again.
I gave them 1 star because I was not allowed to grade them lower.
Never, ever deal with this firm if you can avoid it.

They took full amount of money and did nothing, literally. They are thieves. They do not do anything they say they will do. A lot of big talk to get your money then they back it up with no actions.
