Subtle arrogance is good in an attorney, as long as it isn't directed at a potential client.

He called me back and was very understanding to my needs....He also took the time to listen and have me very good intel and advice.

Luke got my relatives lengthy case dismissed. He worked hard and was alway accessible.

Called to ask a few questions and the lady who answered was super rude. I’m not a person of law so I may not know exactly what to say or how to say what I need but she was completely rude to me. When I told her just nevermind I’ll call another office she said “ok” and hung up. Very unprofessional. I spent time to review this lawyer and decided he is who I wanted to possibly represent me and she just ruined business for him on a pretty high profile case. I suggest he looks into who he has working for him. This is no way reflects the lawyer himself I must add.

I hired Mr. Newman to represent me in a very sensitive case that had dire implications, after many doors were close to manage my case, Mr. Newman was confident and straight forward from the beginning. He was clear about the fees of the case and keeping me up to date and informed about the steps to followed, he was quick to answered every email, since I live down in central Florida it was important for me to keep an open communication with him, he didn’t fail to informe me very step of the way. Mr. Newman worked the case and eventually had the prosecutor and judge working for my interest. The case was resolved with the best outcome and based on that I avoided the potential dire consequences. I can tell Mr. Newman is well respected by the other attorneys. When I had to go to court he was confident, prepared and profesional. I was very happy with Mr. Newman representation and professionalism. He made the impossible, POSSIBLE.

Luke was retained to handle a minor issue for a family member of mine. Luke was prompt, friendly and professional. Luke researched the issue and discussed the defense with us prior to the trial. At the trial Luke asked the appropriate questions of the testifying law enforcement officer. Then Luke made a legal argument with which the judge agreed. The judge entered a dismissal. During the process Luke walked us through the steps and explained the different procedures and possible outcomes. We are happy that he represented our family member and we feel that, if we had to, we would retain Luke again.
