Danny was there for me in my darkest hour, I felt he genuinely cared for my situation.

Wonderful attorney! Went above and beyond to help us fight our insurance company after Hurricane Michael. Highly recommended, very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process.

The linked document (google censored my review until link was removed, idk how to make the document available to you but you could probably email me for it) seems to be sufficient to substantiate my complaints against Daniel Phillips. The substance of my complaint is three-fold.
1. He would not and did not respond to me (his client) for seven weeks. (My assertion of this and his response are on pages 6 and 7 of the linked PDF.) 2. He appears to have behaved in a retaliatory manner by attempting to withdraw his representation as revenge for me complaining about his non-responsiveness. (See page 9 of the linked PDF.) 3. To continue to support his proposed withdraw (after the judge denied it), he appears to have willfully misinterpreted my correspondence, even after it was exhaustively clarified to him (middle of page 17 of the linked PDF).

Wanted to reach out and see if there's a way we could resolve your Google review. I'd be glad to pay you something to take it down. I'll be honest, a new client asked me about it last week.
I'm truly sorry if you weren't happy with my representation. I liked you a lot and tried my best to help you.
