I can't overstate this enough, Michael T. Webster and his team are the BEST representation you can have during your divorce. Whether you know it or not, you need proper representation. The decisions you are about to make, during this emotional time, will have long-reaching ramifications for you and your family's well-being. Trust me; you need Mike to guide you through these decisions and the family court system. I know I did.

My estranged wife had me removed from my home by falsely accusing me of abusing her and my children. She hid over $100K throughout our marriage. Right before she filed for divorce, she funneled over $40K to her parents. After she had me removed from my home, she started capturing all the rental income from our properties, which left me paying three mortgages and my own rent on just my salary. She made false police reports saying that I violated the injunction she had placed on me, which triggered an investigation by the Florida Attorney General's office. An investigation that could have landed me in jail if not for Mike. And this is just the tip of the ice burg of what my estranged wife and her family did.

For the past eight months, Mike and his team have been there to guide and defend me through every turn. They have protected me from an estranged wife and her family who decided to use a Total War Strategy to get what they want, no matter what the cost to me or my children.

It's about time I posted this review. The worst attorney ever. Very nice until he received my money. I was forced into an agreement (settlement) due to circumstances. After I signed it, my ex did not uphold the agreement and owed me 1/2 the money in all accounts. The Agreement even stated that if either party did not withhold the Agreement, you could take them to court & the wrongful party would have to pay. With that said, I contacted Webster right after and he said "oh well" and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT! I contacted his office several times with no results. You decide.

Ineffective attorney. I did more research on my case than he did. I found the only case on point and presented it to him. I even had to tell him about an expert witness my wife's attorney had hired and researched articles written by that witness. In court he failed to bring up inconsistencies in the witnesses testimony or adequately explain why my case differed from others. At one point the judge even asked him to be quiet. He makes a great show of having a lot of documents prepared but a lot of them are "cut and paste" from templates. On appeal he told me that there were De Novo arguments for the Court of Appeal but the court ruled there were no De Novo arguments. Overall it cost me more than $16,000 dollars to get the same result as if I had represented myself. In fact, if I had represented myself I might have done better. Now, if you want to talk Navy history, he's your man. Bottom line, do research on an attorney for yourself and don't listen to a recommendation from an acquaintance.

He represented my now x wife in our divorce which went smoothly but since then has represented her in other things but never wins most recently in her greedy pursuit to get more child support money needless to say it dragged on and on for a year due to his terrible advice and lack of knowledge about the laws he cost his client the money I was offering in mediation because they declined and we went to court and she basically recieved $100 increase which is a far cry from the $500 they were after. But it did cost me thousands in attorney fees. Classless washed up family law attorney that cares nothing about the actual family just getting himself and his client paid.

Superb attorney knows the law well and loves his JOB. I was told to hire Mr. Webster and glad that I did. So far everything has went smoothly. Mr. Webster makes you feel like you are his ONLY client and he listens and does not blow you off. Really makes a big difference.

Horrible. Charged me 5000 even though it ended up being a non-contested divorce so he over charged me 1500. After the divorce my ex took my child from my home when I had custody and the lawyer cussed me and told me to grow up and get over it and let her do what she wanted. He did send a letter but then charged me 240 for writing it. I did not get alimony or anything but child support after 18 years of marriage.

Mike Webster is very knowledgeable and can be intimidating if need be. He responds immediately to questions or concerns. Though he did not mark that I would have final decision making as I had emphasized and all with the understanding I would have final decision making therefor agreeing to drop the restraining order (told the divorce decree would take the place of a restraining order) (that is untrue), pay cheating ex-spouse 70,000, give him a car and a house.
Had this been done I would not be currently enduring constant harassment and abuse from sociopaths.

I used Michael Webster many years ago and he did everything he could for me. He was a big help in my divorce after a 20 year marriage.

When I used websters firm many years ago, i went to his office and they did nothing for me. I had paid 2500 dollors down. Three appts so I fired them. Next thing after I fired them I got a bill for 5000 dollors in the mail. I wouldnt use them again if I were dieing.
