If i could rate this with ZERO stars i would! worst customer service from Mr. Yanez as well as from the staff. Every time i try to get info regarding my case, either he's not in the office, or they tell me he will call me back but he NEVER does. I tried reaching him through his personal number and he gets really upset every time i ask for any updates, he literally has told me to get another lawyer! He just seems like he does not care about his cases. THE WORST

Mr. YANEZ provided me with great advice for a very complicated case. I've paid for consultations that weren't half as beneficial.

Have you ever heard the phrase "It's not what you know, it's who you know"? Well, for Mr. Yañez, it's both! Not only does he know the right people to help with my case, but he is very knowledgeable when it came to defending me in court. I have no problems referring him to my family and friends. I can see him one day becoming a judge, but for now I'm glad that he's my attorney.

I could not be more happy, got my case closed really fast!

My case was transferred to Mr. Yanez who was never available for an appointment. The one time I finally was made an appointment, his staff googled my place of work, called to say it was an "emergency" which I stepped away from work to find out that they called 1 hour prior to my appointment to cancel. After 2-3 months of his staff saying he was on vacation and could not reschedule, I finally had to search for a new lawyer.

We really wanted to have Mr. Yanez take on our case as we heard great things from our previous lawyer, but as soon as I wrote this review, Mr. Yanez emailed me and threatened to file a libel lawsuit against my husband and I if we did not delete this review of our experience. Very disappointed that a lawyer would abuse his profession. I would advise to be careful if you decide to use his services.
