girl that answers phone is an angel, Justin on the other hand is the WORST ATTORNEY EVER! Took our money did NOT even have one conversation with us NEVER returned a phone call EXCEPT initial one to get thousands of dollars from us on a juvenile case he KNEW he could do nothing about! Made my daughter promises n never kept one! Went to New Orleans n missed court. Judge was SO MAD! Bragged about having clients NOT IN JAIL n they have MURDER CHARGES! Probably so he could get their trust funds! Disgusting, in humane, should be disbarred! To say the least! ..... ( per response)OH BEING DISMISSED BECAUSE SHE DID NOTHING! I HAVE TAKEN TWO PARENTING CLASSES IN THE LAST COUPLE YEARS SIR! If you had given us 15 minutes of your time, you would have known this and possibly helped us! THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO WIN IN THIS CASE! The p o that violated her was only her p o for the two weeks prior to this and knows my daughter on paper! Which does NOT look good. She has been a completely different person since she got out of the detention center! Her ONLY violation was being around a previous co defendant. HAD HER ATTY TAKEN THE TIME TO LEARN A LITTLE ABOUT HER HE MIGHT HAVE DEFENDED HER!

he has been nothing but upfront and honest with me, every time i've had any issues over my case I was taken care of extremely quickly. the staff is first class and knowledgeable. I have zero issues with hiring him again if needed.

Read the reviews. I am not going to bad mouth anyone here but I do advise others to read the reviews. I had a really bad experience with Mr Lows Law office and would not recommend him. I would like to say that our county DA knows her job. And thanks to her hearing us out my husbands case was taken care of quicker than we expected. So that was a blessing. Just cares about money, not humans sad!

I would like to give no stars for Justin Low and his secretary Sarah. I am a professional and the way they handle my boyfriend case was to set him up failure. I called the office on Monday and asked to speak with Justin, Sarah had answered and I proceed to let her know that my boyfriend was arrested on Saturday due to a warrant for not appearing in court. Sarah was rude and told me that is was my boyfriend's responsibility to check if he had court, I explained to her we have phone records for out going calls to Justin Low Law Firm showing he called every Monday. Sarah then stated he had court two months ago and he did not show up so we want our money back. My response was why when he called every Monday he was not told this. Sarah then stated it was my boyfriend's fault not theirs, he should of updated his information. I infromed her he did updated his number and address, she continued to argue with me and not admit they failed to inform him his court date when he called in weekly. As I said earlier I am a professional and have my Masters Degree I would not think I and my boyfriend experienced such unprofessionalism. Justin Low did not help my boyfriend at all and just to add this case was open in 2015 and now 2017 my boyfriend sits in jail. I personally would do more research and don't hire Justin Low unless you want to be in jail.

He dont even deserve a star! Maybe negatives but not positives. He screwed my brother by not telling him his court date. So now he is in jail for a failure to appear. If you want to stay out of jail dont even try to spend your money on him. You might get another case picking Justin Lowe! He even screwed my nephew. He picked up charges Justin said he took care of. So my point is DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Or you will get more time......

Worst attorney.. ever, the absolute worst.. it's sickening. Doesn't deserve one star. Save your money, don't waste your time.

Hung up on twice, unprovoked (to avoid answering needed questions). Avoided answering questions in case then became completely unavailable. No responses. Secretary was rude and emails from assistant Sara were personally charged. Not professional. Then was told Justin went on vacation so we aren't to know anything involving our "case" for 2 weeks...? Horrible business people.

This lawyer here is trash. They don't answer their phones, they took money from us to say they would defend us, then turned around a week, before trial, keep in mind after they asks for a retainer fee, and said he doesn't want to represent us no more. Now they don't want to give it's our retainer back. In other words, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THEM. Any one but this trash.
