Amazing staff & great friendly environment

Michael Cain and his staff are great friendly acomidating,very helpful and a go getter on your case I highly recommend him.

In my opinion Michael Cain is not an honest lawyer! He charged me thousands over the estimate he quoted. He made me think I needed to argue with the opposing lawyer. I have come to find out that many lawyers do this so they can get as much money out of you as possible. I finally decided to meet with an arbitrator. Michael was supposed to represent me during the meeting but right before the meeting he threaten to leave and not represent me unless I paid him more money. Before my divorce I was a stay at home mom. During my divorce I was pregnant with my, husband at the time, 3rd baby and trying to raise our 2 other children on my own. As anyone in my situation would, I began to cry. He decided to stay but he sat idly by during my arbitration. I should have called the meeting off because I lost everything but the belongings in my house. I was ordered that my ex-husband (which whom I am terrified of) fix my only vehicle so that I got one running vehicle and he kept the other very well running vehicle. I lost my house, all the equity we had in it, all the expensive items we had together plus all the back pay of child support my ex-husband owed me for 3 1/2 years. He made good money so the backpay would have been over 30,000 dollars. In the 2 years that Michael Cain's office represented me I never got child support nor did he ever file for It either. I was unaware at the time how bad he actually treated me. After I became more educated about divorce I realized Michael Cain is very deceptive. He is lazy and always late! Watch your hours because he will charge you the same as if he were on time. After firing him he sent me a bill for $4,000.00 and left me a threatening message on my phone for leaving this review.

Great staff and excellent attorney

I would never recommend Michael Caine law office. They don't preform like they promise you. When you call very seldom will they answer the phone it goes to voicemail and if your lucky you might receive a return call very unlikely though. If you set up a conference call with Caine his assistant is on the call also if she doesn't like how the conversation is going she starts getting loud and unprofessional. He does not stop her and once you finally had enough and hang up you hear nothing back from them. He drags the case out so he can charge more. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Please run to another law office.

He hasnt shown up to 5 out of my 7 courtdates. Which would have been 4 but he didnt show up. 7 months as my attorney and only spoke to him once..briefly, even thos i set up 17!appointments!! Wont listen to you, wont call you back or honor appointments, his staff gives the run around. But beyond all that, he is a LIAR a-class.. Here is someone appointed to work for me and literally bold face lied to me about something i had palerwork in my hand to prove him wrong.. Then it was "oh..uh...that doesnt matter"
Golden coral is more important than his clients. I will NOT be paying him as i was never represented even tho he was commissioned. This man needs to be disbarred!!

I don't recommend them at all real bad service it took me 9months to go to court and that's because I fired them and right the next day (coincidence)they decided to go to court &- through the phone to try to make me look bad in front of the judge and the other lawyer waisted $4,000 for nothing they don't explain well have you up and down &- Mr Cain is so respectful he actually don't ever say hi to you even after saying hi to him trust me trust me go look for someone else and don't waste your $$$ and if you do hire them I recommend you record everything

Cain. Very nice person, he tried to resolve my case on first day I met him aug.2018.
I didn't get paper work saying my case was dismissed so I went back to Mr Cain and told them is hire him. Assistant told me she could take care of it since it should be easy to resolve , she told me case usually about $3+K but since it's easy I only need pay $1300. I paid cash and waited . Finally scheduling an appointment to talk to Mr Cain nov-27-2018. Mr Cain then told assistant to request a urgent hearing for my case. Right their I thought I was golden. Today ..April 10-2019 I called and asked what's going on , and should I just get my money back...girl who answered put me on hold then came back saying they will figure out my bill to figure out my return money. I guess that means they don't want to, forgot about me, or just can't take my case.
Sucks they seemed to know what they are doing.
On personal note I'll see this guy at the search n rescue meetings we go to. But out if the office we are just civilians offering volunteer help for people in need.

Well I hired this guy and let me tell you. First things first I never received any feed back and months would go buy so I would call to see the status on my case and then they would charge me 25 bucks just to say its still under review. Second had a court date and he never showed up, then I was walking out of the court house and guess who comes strolling in and whats even worse he had no idea who I was. Last thing went to fire him and take my retainer back and I lost over 1500 of my 3000 retainer and I was left with half my money gone and no resolve. Totally screwed me I'd never hire this guy.

I hired Michael Cain to take care of my divorce. He was friendly, honest, and up front. He gave me clear advice as to what my options were and what his role would be in the process. The divorce was done quickly and without problems. I would hire him again.

I was divorced over 3 years ago and recently needed some post-divorce issues to be addressed. I now live in another state and initially tried to find a local attorney who was dual licensed and able to assist, but found that the State Bar was unable to provide information with such law offices, so I spent a reasonable amount of time on the phone unsuccessfully trying to locate someone who was able to help me. What I did encounter were numerous firms who were very impersonal, borderline rude at times and overall unwilling to help or even provide the names of potential firms which might have a dual licensed attorney.
It seemed as though I was running into one brick wall after another until I made the call to Michael Cain’s office and was greeted with a very friendly voice on the other end of the line by his staff, which was a very pleasant surprise after my previous experiences. My consultation with Michael went extremely well and I was instantly put at ease with his friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to demeanor. He took the time to really listen to the information I provided and asked further questions to clarify what my hopes of the expected outcome would be. Within 24 hours of my consultation, Michael had contacted my ex-husbands attorney and provided me with a copy of their written offer. I simply cannot express how impressive this experience has been from the friendly, helpful attitude of Michael and his staff to the rapid pace in which he took action to move things forward to conclusion.
Hindsight truly is 20/20 and I wish that I had contacted Michael Cain 3 years ago when I was going through the divorce, as I believe that I would have had a representative who was looking out for my best interest and making sure that things were equitable.
