Lawyers are very knowledgeable and very friendly. They have helped me so much.

Recently our firm decided to reach out to Whibbs Stone Barnett and princippaly Mr Ryan Barnett's to inquire if he could handle a business dispute in Pensacola FL. We explained the case to Mr. Barnetts assistant and offered a $5000-$10,000 retainer in advance. She advised that I must first setup a phone consultation with Mr. Barnett and pay in advance $250. We questioned what the consultation was for? She advised it was for Mr. Barnett to tell us if he was interested in taking the case. We advised her that we explained our business dispute to her and could she just ask Mr. Barnett if he was interested and let us know? She advised it was illegal for her to do, which made absolutely no sense.
We are not interested in paying Mr Barnett $250 for him to tell us whether he is interested in our case or not, especially after we already explained all the facts to his assistant and made it very clear we are prepared to pay him a retainer today.
A total waste of time calling this firm.

Just get a public defender. Mr. whibbs plays the DA’s ball Game. Friends with the entire courthouse while I was there. From my experience these lawyers aren’t there to help you. They are there to feed the city money. The outcome of my case was not the plea bargain he promised me. Told me over the phone I can easily get this dropped but no he did not...another lawyer told me he actually did the opposite. My rights were clearly violated and he didn’t even bother to get police footage, he told me their dash cams only come on when they start their cars even though they wear a body camera. My case wasn’t dealt with for me I felt like I was just tossed to the wolves by a guy who took my money. I was supposed to be early released off probation after a year but they did nothing to reach out and help me after the time had come. Very displeased. PLEASE GET A LAWYER THATS NOT FROM PENSACOLA OR ESCAMBIA COUNTY THE WHILE TOWN IS NOTHING BUT A GANG.

Greg Whibbs is an outstanding attorney. You won't see or hear form him much befor you have your day in court. But when you do see him. Be prepared for the "good results" he promises.

If I could go back and not have chosen Greg Whibbs as my lawyer, I would. I should have just gone with a public defender, he/she would have gotten me the same thing G. Whibbs did. I was not happy with his performance or his lack of communication with me as well as him showing up late for most of my court dates while I sat there in a panic. His assistant or paralegal Liz, is not helpful either. I would not suggest this firm or these individuals to anyone for any case.

If i could give them no stars i would this place has the WORST communication its been almost a year since i started my case and i only heard from them ONCE and i had to call and speak to someone myself haven’t got a email or call . This place just has very bad business .

Was not impressed on how the attorney handled himself on my behalf poor communication from attorney and had to threaten to go to owner to get any communication from attorney. Attorney shot not judge a person especially if they have been given bad information.

Had an appointment with Mr. Hogan seeking legal advice for an issue with an RV. He was very helpful and explained clearly my options in the matter. Location was fairly easy to find and access even being in the downtown Pensacola area. Can definitely recommend him if you need legal advice or help.
