I just wanted to let everyone know that AWKO law firm handled my case very professionally. They kept me updated on my lawsuit & answered all the questions I had! They also won me a great settlement on my case. I will use them in the future & tell my friends about their firm. I was more than grateful for everything they did for me.

I was quoted one amount on the mesh settlement and then was told a different amount. Luckily these phone calls were recorded, They told my husband that he had no claim in this, as we have not had intercourse in years do to this, when we have been told by other firms this is not true. Just want to be done with them. Will be calling and writing Pam Bondi’s office. Whether or not it helps, not really sure? But something is not right.

This law firm is trash. For starters...they were supposed to representing me since 2013. Every year they send the same form out requesting the same info i gave them years prior. Now they are telling me that my records are unfounded. Well im going back to the hospital just to see if they have requested and collected info on my mesh surgeries because i believe this is a fradulent law firm. I now have someone representing me in my state. Frauds frauds frauds

Not quite sure of their handling of my settlement. I was told “another company” called Archer is in charge is sending me an offer. It was sent on 8/9/18 then I requested a second one or email and have not received a response. This case for TVM has been going on since 2012. I hope I do not continue to get the run around which it’s starting to feel like.

Horrible law firm in the WORLD...I had a case against Bank Of America ...It took them almost 2 years to tell me they were not handling my case...They are FAKE AND PHONY...Do not trust them....I am also going to the BBB and also my States Attorney here in Illinois....HORRIBLE

Wonderful firm to work with; always pleasant and sincere!

I have been dealing with this Law Firm since 2011. They reached a settlement with my mesh company back in January 2017, I have yet to see any funds. I email them monthly and am told Everytime, they are waiting on paperwork to be returned. I hope and pray that they don't keep 60% of whatever I am entitled to. I can't imagine what the other clients are going through. I hope and pray they will do what's best for all the clients involved with the mesh lawsuits.

I would not give this a one star but there's not an option for a half a star. This law firm has been the worst experience I've ever had to deal with. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They will keep your money for 6 months or longer after your paper work has been finished, filed and sign. This is unlawful and wrong to do to the people. Nobody wanted to talk to me, nobody wanted give me the details. You have no contact to the direct people with your money. They will just keep taking your name, number and saying we will be in touch. They keep my (funds) settlement in their big bank accounts, they took 60% of my settlement and that's still not enough for these people.

Do not hire this firm! I was lied to by their intake specialists, who will say anything to sign a client. The firm did not follow through on any actions that were promised. For example, they didn’t even pull my medical records related to a hernia mesh case. Now, because of their negligence, I have to handle this myself and I might have missed the window to settle a valid claim because they dropped the ball completely. The misleading business practices and the gross negligence I experienced as their client have possibly caused me serious damage. I believe these attorneys are guilty of malpractice.

Something is very wrong with this firm! seems they don't listen when you tell them something! to many doing the same job for one client! Its very confusing when there client is not treated with respect! " to much drama in the office" ? Maybe So trust in this the people of Pensacola! I would do other research in another firm!

I have learned the hard way this law firm only cares about their checking account! They say they will take care of you, that's a sad joke! Unfortunately too late for me! Find someone else, anyone else if you want representation that actually wants you to get what you deserve!

I contacted the firm about the Roundup settlement. Very prompt in sending documents to be signed. When I questioned their 40% fee and 12% interest on unpaid expenses they withdrew the documents and said they don't negotiate their fees. The person with whom I spoke told me they had no clients that had been paid from the settlement. Make of this what you will.

Its a TV AD Settlement that I wouldn't recommend anyone to take feom Aylstock, Kreis, & Oberholt. The ad should say " You live with the pain, we take all....you take nothing!" I would not Recommend this place to anyone! Get yourself a In Town Lawyer that Would do better but do your reviews FIRST!

My mother has been dealing with LOSERS for 8YEARS NOW concerning her TVM settlement and all they've done is give her the run-around ignore her phone calls and push her off repeatedly they don't keep her updated on what with her settlement nor are they concerned with the medical condition that she has to live the rest of her life with due to this mesh situation. She hasn't had any contact from this joke of a law firm since 2018 she now has been instructed to deal with this Archer resolution place out of Texas who is now in control of what's going on. But wait it gets better on June 6th a representative from this Archer place contacted my mother informs her that her case was closed and that she expecting her settlement check business days. That 7 to 14 business days time frame has now exceeded the expected time of delivery of her check. After contacting them they were talking in circles and now it's several more months delay. Bottom line is I don't recommend aylstock witkin kreis & overholtz to anyone to handle any cases efficiently as other law firms probably would have. They're all about the money and trust me if you have a settlement waiting for you I guarantee you that you won't see much of it because they pocket most of it. I've seen firsthand what they're doing to my mom and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Great Law Firm! I had lots of questions and every time I called my questions were answered. If I had to leave a message my call was always returned in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

They laughed at my husban over a nurses sexul asalt .and they are saying that he has no case when their counter partners know for sure that he does .so they do not want to do their job cause we called them out on what happened .and my husban has a cyst in his brain ,trets and other meddical issues .that lady laughed at him when he told her what happened at mercy hospital.sexual asalt is no laughing matter and harrasment hasnt stoped
