This was the first time I have ever had to hire an attorney but Richard was great. He made a scary situation calm. I hope I never need an attorney again but if I do I will definitely be calling Richard! Only gave them 5 starts because that was the highlight available.

Started out okay, but became very hard to get phone calls back or updates on my claim. Not very thorough in keeping you up to date about details on your case. Not very satisfied at all, and a lesson learned here.

Chris Janes and his assistant, Justin, handled a car crash for me. They were EXCELLENT. They were responsive, professional and courteous. They referred me to good medical professionals. They kept me informed throughout the process, and they got me a larger settlement than I ever imagined! They negotiated the medical bills down so that after their fees and medical bills, I took home more than half of the settlement total. The process took about 10 months from the time of my crash. I have worked with Marcus and Adrian multiple times over the years. They tend to be very busy and at times hard to get in touch with but you can't find a more qualified team. These guys are the best, and because of that stay extremely busy. I have a lot of respect for what these people do in the community and how they are constantly doing things to give back.

After that I was contacted by multiple people from his office who worked on my case and once more by Attorney Michles. He called halfway through the case to inform me of changes and keep me updated which I appreciated. The two main people I dealt with were McKenzie and Kent. McKenzie was always friendly and ready to answer my questions. Kent negotiated my settlement for months before agreeing to an amount. He was always pleasant to speak with. Communication was never an issue during my case. They will fight for you and you're doing yourself a disservice by not using this team!

Antonio Bruni is the laziest lawyer and once he was paid off he DISAPPEARED! Can't get a hold of him, can't meet with him, NOTHING! He did barely any work for the case and should not have been paid so much for SO LITTLE. Such a shame that a nice place like this has horrible people working in it like him. My advice? If you have a case, do not trust them working with you. Find decent human beings!

I found out about M&B on the local radio station, after hearing Marcus sharing information about auto insurance in FL as I am from a Midwestern state. I was very impressed with how personable he came across to the listeners. I actually called the firm to get more information and I was able to speak with him personally and received information that assisted us in getting the best coverage for my family. So when my daughter was in an auto accident, we knew exactly who to call. From the staff at the front desk to every person in the firm we encountered, we received the best representation ever imagined, and we were truly amazed at the outcome!! We were always kept informed about every aspect of the case. Marcus was available at any time we called the firm, to answer any of our questions. Bruce was always very helpful and checked on my daughter to ensure that she was managing things okay, throughout the entire process. We felt like family from the very first day and even now months later I can call Marcus or Bruce and they are willing to take time out of their busy schedule to answer questions or share information that will benefit my family. Michles and Booth is not very big, but it's bigger than they can handle. If you hire this firm be prepared to be kept in the dark and ignored. Your mail, email, fax, or phone call, it's important to you only. People do settle cases here. Marcus wouldn't have such an extensive Harley collection or be able to keep up his lifestyle if he wasn't making money. But you're going to be waiting a lot longer with this firm for answers and anything else. With the Internet nowadays there's no excuse for not finding a better law firm to help you with your on the job injury or car accident.

I went to their Crestview facility and spent best part of an hour giving the Secretary all the chronological details for my elderly Mothers medical malpractice . Upon completion, she told me that Mr. Michles would be reviewing it and will phone me within 2-3 days . 7 days goes by and I follow up on it...and the secretary doesn't even know if Michles has even reviewed it , but she tells me that she will get back to me very shortly one way or the other. 4 more days pass and not a word from her or Michles . I find it appauling the unprofessionalism of these people . They shouldn't be in business if they cant at least give fair customer service. This Merchant along with the vast majority of Crestview Merchants ive experienced thus far, are a complete let down , unprofessional, and in many cases downright unethical -- these seems to be a Southern tradition im finding out .

Adrian bridges,Michles and Booth,Pensacola,Fl. Mr. Bridges represented me in an auto accident related personal injury trial. He rarely answered my questions and when he did he was curt and over simplified. This guy treated me and spoke to me like I was working for him. When I complained about this he argued with me or out and out denied the rudeness and continued the behavior. I had very little information on the trial or its procedures until the business day before. The legal assistants were just as hard to talk to. During the jury Mr. Bridges called a 'witness' that gave statements about the accident that physically had to be inaccurate and contradicted our argument. Of,course the jury went with the witnesses description of the accident. Several weeks before the trial,the opposing counsel offered a settlement that would not have covered all of my expenses. Mr. Bridges advised me not to settle. We went to trial and the result from the juries verdict left me with the exact same outcome as settling or not filing at all would have . After the trial Mr. Bridges refused to converse with me about the legal strategies he used. He only wanted to discuss that the result of my being injured permanently and not receiving a recovery at all was better than my owing money to the opposing counsel due to the verdict. When I continued to point this out that going to trial hadn't helped me at all but had been a waste,Mr. Bridges insulted my intelligence. The legal argument was not a difficult one to make. My doctor and many others were called as witnesses to my injury being caused by a car accident. Mr. Bridges advised me to go through very invasive and painful examinations and other procedures performed by doctors that he himself claimed were unreliable and later hurt my case. Mr. Bridges also worked with another lawyer on my case. I wasn't aware of this until two days before the trial. Mr. Bridges wouldn't go over the other lawyer's position or credentials with me when I requested it. I trusted this lawyer's judgment on these legal issues but it was clearly a mistake. This lawyer's representation was definitely not worth the effort or going through that horrible experience. Don't believe this guy's hype!

You can do a lot better. The law firm has several lawyers I am referring specifically to Marcus Michles and his rock star paralegals. If you sign up as a client you will meet Marcus once. You'll never see him or hear from him again. He doesn't return phone calls or e-mails. He has 1 or 2 paralegals it's confusing. I know he has one named Terry who dresses like someone half her age would dress for a hot date. It's embarrassing to look at.. Whenever you call for him or his paralegal you will get the paralegal's voicemail. If you want answers or info about the progress of your case well just dream on. Any small personal injury lawyer office would be better at least they communicate with clients.
