I hired Jerome Carter to handle a criminal case. I Paid him 4,000 to do absolutely nothing! Terrible staff and service. Absolutely bad communication and understanding. He spoke to me rude and unprofessional. His secretary told me he said that if it wasn’t important that he will speak to me in court. I had to constantly show up to his office to get him to speak with me. He knew pretty much nothing about my case! Once I stood up for myself and let him know how I felt he filed a motion to withdraw the day before court! All he has done is show up in court and sat like a quiet mouse. I can only assume he thought he was being paid $4,000 to model his appearance in court.

Mr. Carter came through for me so many times and got me out of a few different charges. I’ve had a sudden situation happen with someone else, his response was very prompt, and his willingness and confidence in handling the conflict my family member was having was very adequate. I trust him in having his best interest in helping me and to others, to represent us in court no matter the situation. I highly recommend him and any of his team members as well. I truly feel that he goes above and beyond for you.

Worst attorney ever he believed I was lying when I was not I was there to talk to him because I did not understand what was going on reason why I hired him then I had an emergency desperate emergency called him twice and no call back I fired him did get a half of refund will never use him or try again I will not recommend him to anybody that has serious emergencies

Do not DONATE your money to Jerome Carter. Carter stole $4,000.00 from me. First, he failed to have the opposing party served causing the decision in my case to be overturned years later. Secondly, he refused to meet with me to go over evidence in the case. He came to court with all of the evidence I produced to support my case, but he did NOT present any of it. Even though Carter sat next to me in court, I did not have an attorney nor any legal representation. Carter lied to me to get y business/money. He said he would file to get immediate child support payments started - he did not. And, he stated he was close with the presiding Judge, even saying they both worked at the same law firm previously. Carter STOLE $4,000.00 from me through THEFT BY DECEPTION. If headed to Divorce Court, it's far better to represent yourself pro se. I strongly CAUTION you - Do NOT Hire Jerome Carter, you are throwing your money away.
