Terrible!! Wasted my time for a whole year to say she didn’t want my case!! Very rude when preparing me for court which never happened!! Lawyer never read any paperwork until month before hearing!! A total waste of time!! Told me at the beginning when first going to her i had a strong case and that she wanted it only to waste my time for a whole year to not want my case!! Terribly uneducated in mental health field and doesn’t do anything for the money she demands!!

Everything has went well with Wendy for my husband. She has gotten everything we've asked for and more! The only reason I didn't put 5 stars, is because sometimes they don't get promptly back to you. So I usually will just call them back.

100% waste of our time! I can’t even believe she calls herself an attorney! She is very rude and very unprofessional. Before she even asked any questions she had already made her mind up that we “didn’t have a case” and that if you’re young enough you can “start over” with a new career or skill.
I should have read these reviews before wasting an hour out of my day!
She even suggested that if you’re not addicted to pain medication that you’re not in enough pain!
Please don’t waste your time or energy on this so called attorney! She needs her license removed and her door permanently closed!

The only good thing I can say is that she could stand up to my husband who is very particular about things but that is all. I have been nice to this lawyer since the beginning because I knew we needed a lawyer to be taken seriously by the social security judge and my husband had already fired two attorneys before we had even come to her. I started having problems with her when she charged us for paperwork and other items. I was like...okay, aren't you going to get money when you win the case, but I understood enough to realize there was a possibility that we wouldn't win. So, I told my husband to deal with it. Another reason I liked her is that she got us into a doctor visit to get paperwork for his heart condition. The problem was that the doctor really did no evaluation just went and said yes your heart is bad and wrote a letter. Since there was no medical testing done it was not taken seriously. Then every time we had a question, Wendy never seemed to be in the office and would take forever to call back, if she ever did. Then when we would come in for meetings, she never seemed to know what was going in the file, and had to look over it and would go, "Oh, right here it says blah blah." It was like she never went over his medical files until we were sitting right in front her. She kept saying stuff about a surgery on my husbands knee because of surgical clamps. Those clamps were from where they took veins out of his leg for his bypass surgery. We told her multiple times about this and again before our second hearing because we could not figure out any time he had surgery on his knee. She still said he had knee surgery during the hearing. Also, apparently she had problems with the judge because she would be screaming and hollering at the judge and it was a back and forth. It was a big joke. I thought my husband would be the one hollering but it ended up being our lawyer, even causing my husband so much stress he had to take one of his nitros because he had heart pain. Then after we finally got at least some disability, they would only go back to when he got stents, and not when he had his bypass, the lawyer wants even more money. She barely acted like our lawyer and I do not even think she deserves the money that she is going to get from the back pay.
